BAD EXPERIENCE NEVER GET THIS AIRLINE
We were meant to get on a ryanair flight to barcelona as that was what we had booked. We were not told ONCE that we would be getting on a Lauda flight and soon found out (by googling it ourselves) that ryanair owns this company and sometimes does a “wet lease” to Lauda. We were an hour and a half delayed because of the aircon “not working” and we’re already quite nervous as this plane was old and not what we booked. When taking off, one of the baggage hold areas above the seats was OPEN and it could’ve easily fallen onto a passenger and killed them or broken their neck. We tried countless times to get the assistance of a flight attendant but they were nowhere to be seen. NEVER get on a Lauda flight - we were scared because of no communication and the cabin crew were not at all attentive. Safe to say I will never be flying on this airline again…

One of my worst flights
It was descusting there were bitten crisps under our sit and when we told the flight attendant he just was surcasting to us !! I got very dizzy in the flight and the landing wasn’t really good !!

Insult to 'Lauda' name
I really don’t want to go into the dire details about the dirty plane, unprofessional and rude crew, etc. They should get rid of ‘Lauda’ from the name. If Niki sees this, he must be very sad.

More "relaxed" than other LCCs - excellent for the price
This was my 3rd time on this route with Lauda and every time the crew have been friendly yet professional. Aircraft was clean and fairly comfortable and the atmosphere was more relaxed than on standard Ryanair flights. Asked to reserve 2 items of duty free, the crew noted this and then went and collected them rather than making me wait. Have heard some horror stories but am yet to have a bad experience, so will continue to choose them over other LCCs.…

Worst ever airline
Don’t even know where to start. -plane arrived late to Hahn airport and once we were seated, cabin crew closed all the doors. We waited 40 mins before they told us that we have to wait another at least 47 mins. What mostly shocked us, was the way they told us. Rude, unprofessional condescending. -the whole experience was like a bad joke. The crew kept complimenting each other over the speakers “thank you for your patience, I love you” What patience? That is your workplace ffs. 🤦 They should thank us for waiting patiently for take off -the lead stewardess reminded me of Micheal Douglas in the Falling down movie, she completely lost control of herself…
