Only 1 check in desk for ALL flights. I was running late, got to the desk 45 mins before my flight, thought I'd made it on time but there was a big queue at check-in. Being British I waited and queued.... big mistake, by the time I got to the front the check in for my flight had closed. I...

We were very sorry to note that the service received during the check in of your flight fell short of that expected, and I would like to offer my assurances that Loganair do require our Handling Agents and staff to provide the highest standard of service to our passengers at all times. With check in for all Loganair flights closing...

Flew with Loganair on business Manchester to Norwich on Thursday November 22nd and return the following day. Great service from start to finish. A really smooth flight and handling. I wish I knew the name of the young girl who was our flight attendant on both trips as she was the friendliest, happiest smiling cabin crew I have ever come...

I have now had the pleasure of using Loganair three times flying to Sumburgh, Stornoway and finally Kirkwall. Each flight has been enjoyable, always very pleasant staff, always on time and always professional. I love the personal service from the crew, something lost on larger airlines. Yes the smaller planes can be a bit noisy but this all adds to...

We enjoyed the hospitality on this charming little airline crew on our short flight from Edinburgh to Kirkwall. The tartan uniforms and genuine friendliness of the crew made this an engaging and intimate experience

Tea or coffee served with a biscuit which was adequate for the length of flight. Not as cheap as Flybe used to be.

Scotland in general is efficient, courteous and honest. Loganair, however, is notorious for losing luggage and unfortunately we witnessed this ourselves. They said that our luggage was not on the belt when we arrived (we waited till the last piece came out and the attendant said there was no more), actually they found it later. Our driver knew about this...

We are sorry to hear you feel the service you have received did not meet your expectations. Despite our very best efforts to avoid this type of occurrence, where there is a mixture of manual and mechanical labour as well as connecting flights from other airlines that can on some occasions run behind schedule reducing the connection time for baggage...

LOGANAIR is the main airline flying between the remote Scottish islands and the mainline. It is used for patients going for medicals, family coming to visit, students returning to school, emergency supplies comeing from the mainline. The pilots are very efficient and careful and only fly when it is safe to fly and given the weather in western Scotland this...

Excellent service. Helpdesk staff were very helpful when I phoned regarding assistance for my elderly mother (broken hip has slowed her down and she can't walk long distances any longer) which was free of charge . Check-in at Glasgow was quick and easy, we were directed to assisted travel area and then boarded ahead of other passengers. Aboard the plane...

Popped up to Dundee for the day using Loganair from Stansted. Hassle free return journey. Courteous and pleasant staff. Good service.

Not a lot of choice if you do not want to have to extend your travel time from Edinburgh. Flying direct to Dundee to visit friends in Forfar is VERY expensive.

We are sorry you feel this way about our service. With the cost of two pilots on our aircraft, two engines to overhaul and having to contend with fuel prices in the Islands being up to 3 times more than on the mainland combined with a higher risk of weather disruption it’s not hard to see how the costs add...
