We've all experienced bad service with an airline, but Air Burkina is by far the worst. Avoid this airline like the plague. I would probably feel safer using North Korea's airline services. This airline is horrible.

Only a little over an hour flight and they serviced us a lunch. Staff were very well trained and the aircraft was clean and ran very well. Airport for departures is newer and well run. Arrivals are a little different as there are lots of people wanting to carry your bags. They are well trained to help.

Air Burkina oprates Ambraer 170 planes some of them a bit older but all meticoulosly cared, clean and comfortable. Service on Board ist limtied but that is not an issue on a 50 minutes flight. Definitively perfect compared to 6 hours in an overloaded bus

It was a 1 hour flight/ adventure. Nothing went wrong and that was a bit of a surprise for me. They tend to fly when they want to and schedules are just maybes.

Since early this year I've been a regular flyer on Air Burkina's flight between Ouaga and Bamako. Overall, quality of service and comfort is what it should be. Except for this last flight, all my previous ones have arrived on time with no delay. Would certainly continue to fly Air Burkina!

I have taken Air Burkina now several times. My experiences were positive. They are punctual, they fly relatively new planes (two 10 y/o Embraers), and service is friendly and efficient. The only disadvantage is the price of the flights which given the short distance, is high. But that's everywhere in W-Africa. Oh, they serve champagne, even in Economy!

“On such a short haul flight - flying time one hour - taking a high end seating option really makes no sense....”
