It is a good alternative. Everything was excellent. From Caracas to Buenos aires the plane was full ocupation. From Bue to Caracas only 40 passangers.. Crew is as good as old airlines. They speak portugues, english and spanish

Pleasant check in; courteous service. 40 minutes flight delayed by more than 2 hours; quite common lately. Arrival on tarmac instead of unoccupied gates requiring an unnecessary, less than 50 meters bus ride (further complicated by changing bus since one door would not close).

incredible how effortless and easyness to be bad ¡; not only the airline seems to have lost the sense of time but also the sense of decency; knowing that they were delayed did not proceed to the check in and left us in a long cue with no info and no indication of what to do.

I went to Venezuela in October 2016. At the airport, they broke\opened my suitcase. They didn't break the lock but they used a sophisticated method to enter into my suitcase. They took toiletry items. I recommend you rap your suitcase in plastic. It is hard to change foreign currency into Bolivars. I recommend that you either be with someone who...

When my husband was stationed in Venezuela for a short period for work this is the airline we used for domestic flights. Flights on thus carrier are never on time with extremely long delays. To add insult there is never any announcement made or any representative on sight to give you any information. It is always a frustrating experience trying...

I've flown with them on numerous occasion, I've had my luggage destroyed and or items stolen out of my baggage for which they never responded. They have left me stuck at the airport on three occasions, they didn't even offer as water, much less a meal or hotel. The planes are old and creaky (MD40's) & the seats have issues....
