I loved it and if I were to go up north again, I fly Canadian North. It would be nice if they can expand other Canadian Cities

When you do not have many choices to choose from.. you jut gotta go with whatever is available. Not so good flight. Do not expect a good meal even though the company advertised that they will provide one. "Okayish" customer service. If you are taller than 5'8''.. it is not going to be a very comfortable ride. Tight leg space....

You have two choices to get from Ottawa to Iqaluit, Canadian North and First Air. These two airlines are near mirror images of each other and both are decent airlines. Be prepared that both run older equipment but in recent years have made moves to recover the seats for comfort. Meals are always served on these flights. The flights to...

We were quite leary when we saw the plane, small and not what we had traveled on when booking through Transat Vacations. The seating was very cramped for my husband and me being in the middle of 2 - 220lb men was not comfortable. But the flight attendants were nice and both flights were quick, they made up time both...

Don’t expect being served with a meal even if the company charged it and advertised it. You will be serve with a little snack like a sandwich or muffin for the dinner and a very small portion of dried scrabble eggs for breakfast. So food onboard is horrible and not a meal at all. The personnel, flight attendants are very...

Not a bad flight. Staff are friendly but seats are so close together your knees are jammed into the seat in front of you.

Our head office chartered most of the seats on the plane for our retreat in Yellowknife. We were surprised by a famous singer who played guitar and sang several songs. The crew was very nice and the food was excellent. As a special treat we were offered prosecco. On the way back, we were served a nice hot breakfast and...

I’m very impressed with this airline. The staff was fantastic on all three flights today, the check in at the airport in Edmonton was smooth. I was shocked to get breakfast free on the first flight, and then a lunch on the second! The big airlines should take some notes. The bad, the seat I had on the first flight...

I flew to Iqaluit from Ottawa on February 12, 2018 and returned from Iqaluit to Ottawa on February 14, 2018. Neither flight was completely full, which made it easier to be comfortable, but even if the flight was full, the seats are roomier than Air Canada and they provide meal service with alcohol. Service was very good, the flight was...
