I used to be all about west jet. Loved their flights and customer service. Canadian North takes the whole flight experience up a notch from west jet. Their seats and rows are much roomier and I find them more comfortable, despite the older aircraft. Customer service is above average and everyone is very friendly and accommodating. My favourite thing about...

First time on canada air. Good flight, on time, courteous and good service. Good vegetarian food. Return flight we were late, the frontline staff rushed us through in order to make the flight.

Every seven days I get to fly with this airline and they do a great job. Today is the heaviest snow fall of any October in 60 years and they are still flying us to work. As it is a charter for the company I work for I do not have a choice and obviously price is not a factor...

Well established airline flying into the Canadian Arctic. Lots of improvements over the years in aircraft and comfort. Now have overhead video for entertainment and travel map. On board service is excellent.

My flight from Hall Beach arrived late in Iqaluit. The flight to Ottawa had already stopped checking in passengers, I was ten minutes late. The woman at the counter called someone on her two way radio and asked if she could still check me in as I waited with a panicked look on my face. The call came back no...

Canadian North and First Air still treat passengers like people not herds of cattle. Meal service is still provided, even on a short flight! and I'm not just talking about cold sandwiches. Our flight was delayed on my return, but that's not uncommon. What was uncommon, was that each passenger was provided with a letter of apology and a discount...

Generally OK. Meals lately have been little more than snacks but better than nothing like on other airlines these days.

This airline redefines everything about what North really is. I'll never consider anything in the lower 48 states North again. Laid back and friendly staff and a great flying experience .

This is the flight we enjoyed most on a complicated itinerary of 10 flights in 9 days. Although Canadian North does fly combi B737's, this was a regular passenger-only B737-300. After dinner, the large, hot chocolate chip cookies were the highlight of this flight for us. The comfortable black leather seats seemed spacious, and the flight attendants were friendly, and...

I am not a lover of flying and have never done a 7½ hour flight before so I was not looking forward to it. To start off we couldn't sit together, my friend was fifteen rows behind me and at the other side of the plane. I am quite tall and had to sit in a middle seat but the...
