Unfortunately it appears that this service may not be continued, which s a shame at is for me the perfect schedule. Going into and from China is an ordeal for most foreigners, but this service is almost door to door You can reserve preferred seats and pay extra for the 20kg baggage allowance, you can also order in flight meals....

First and foremost, the Nok Scoot web site is absolutely appalling. If and when it actually works is so slow it harps back to pre windows speeds. It decides where it lets you fly, as a regular traveller to Nanjing, this destination was not available when I tried to book! Whats equally pathetic is that no one checks the web...

Great deal and service for the price that I've paid. I have no complaints about this airline. Everything went smooth for me. I would fly with them again for sure.

I’d like to fly NokScoot but I need an answer about extra baggage before I do. Problem is that when you call their Taiwan number you’re put on hold and then the call is cut off after 3-5 minutes. This has happened for two days in a row. Tried calling their airport desk: disconnected number. Do they have any clue...

It’s still scoot, the bonus on this flight is that it was on a Dreamliner, which is one of the best planes in the air IMO. Anywho, standard no frills, pay for everything, great for short flights

Late, charged for everything imaginable, stuck people with extra luggage charges that cost more than their ticket (waiting at check in line, why it's always a LOOONNNGGG wait for Scoot), weighed on an inaccurate scale (on purpose I can only assume - mine was weighed with a digital luggage scale and I was almost a kilo and a half LOW,...

I flew from Singapore to Bangkok and vice versa and it costs S$230 with luggage allowance. This is a budget airlines and I already tried flying with Scoot so, I know what to expect. It was on time, I didn't had any problem with their service. Definitely will use this airline again.

I had flown Nok Air in Thailand before and it has a good reputation among the Thais I know. This Nok Scoot international flight was booked for me and I was thinking that budget international flights are going to be an endurance test. But I was pleasantly surprised. The hostesses delivered excellent service, the flight took off and landed on...

Booked this airline due to cost even though flight from Bangkok to Taipei was in the middle of the night (left 2 AM, arriving in town by 7 AM). The return was more normal (departing back to BKK at 11 AM). While the crush to get checked in seemed impossible, it actually was done in 30 minutes (we were at...
