Everybody knows AirAsia offers cheap flights during sale. However, that does not compromise the customer services they provide onboard. They are attentive and friendly. Always smiling to the passengers and reminding us that safety comes first.

Unexpected 2-hour delay of flight resulted in delayed arrival at KLIA2 airport. The delay caused missing a scheduled bus travel from airport to home city. Did not get home until 2:30 am in the morning.

This airline has grown in stature over the past 10 years. Sure the hosties are young and pretty, but the flight deck crew are always senior and they manipulate the Boeings very professionally indeed. In 12 years of flying with them, I cannot fault them. I recommend you select a Hot Seat; you will be very comfortable as well. The flight...

Take few things in mind. 1. They don't serve water, which is basic necessity 2. Forget any complementary item 3. They don't provide Blankets even for night flights. And they ensure to make their temperature so low that u all have to buy it from them. So kindly take ur shawl or blanket with u. Waiting time is always high,...

First of all, it's true that you have to pay for everything and when booking if you are not careful you will end up buying...

First time i flew Air asia X and this surely be the last. No screen on board, ok this is low cost airline, but refusing responsibility for baggage damaged, this is way too budgeted. Even i told them that i have travel insurance, i only need a letter from the airline to claim the insurance. I flew Air Asia X...

When flying direct from Perth to Kuala Lumpur one is restricted by the number of Airlines available. I have flown both AirAsia as well as Malaysia Airlines. The seat layout in AirAsia fits my needs. The overall service is about the same and this includes the service I received whilst flying First Class on Malaysia Airlines and the Premium Seat...
