Booked Tigerair as it was the cheapest option for us to get to Macau. Low cost airline - low class service offer with unfriendly staff.

Just a usual plane ride since this is a LCC i think. Nothing so much special in it and those FA are not wearing a smile to emphasize politeness, generosity and gladness for their passengers.

It's a budget airline so it's simpke and no frills. Plane was quite full and seating tight, but check in was easy, staff friendly, and we left early! Great for a short flight.

You get what you pay for with TigerAir Taiwan. It was cheap, but there is a reason... Seemed to be equipment trouble... Flight was very warm, maybe air conditioner not working, when we landed, we were forced to wait on runway for about 30 minutes until gate to became available. A very loud squealing mechanical noise screeched for the entire...

Very efficient check-in at TPE. Recommend to purchase the tigersmart. Can choose your seat ahead of time and includes a checked bag. No reason to rush off the plane in Macau. All passengers board a bus then taken to terminal. Seats are tight but tolerant for a short 90-minute flight. Overall a good value for a budget airline.

Cost was low. Check-in was not available early enough. Check-in agent was friendly. Boarding area was comfortable. Boarding was via a bus to the airplane. Seats were not that comfortable. Flight attendant service was okay. There were too many rules for takeoff and landing such as the position of the window shade, etc. I know this is for safety but...

Great value & great flight time! Arrived at Osaka at 10:25 AM; back to Taoyuan at 22:40 PM. The only downside was the lack of online check-in (available in Singapore only I think?)

This was the worse check in service experience ever had. I wouldn't have expected much service with Tigerair. Was travelling with family of 12pax (with young kids and elders). The staff at Counter A10 & A09, checking in at 1600 had the worse attitude ever. Strongly advise Tigerair to service train their staff properly, have the right attitude when facing...

DO NOT FLY! Probably the worse flying experience of a lifetime. Was denied boarding, subsequently took my fare. Currently disputing with my bank. Tried to charge me 3x fees of actual ticket price at the gate. Denied calling to HQ by groundstaff or any assistance. Budget or not, fly with better alternatives like Vanilla Air, Air Asia or Scoot. As...

Seats are a bit cramped but cheap and short-term use is fine. Instant noodles can be ordered in the cabin without reservation in advance. It is inconvenient not to accept phone only when changing user.
