Flowen AirAsia a lot and love this airline, always good friendly staff, planes are clean. Next time I fly to the Gold Coast it will be with Air Asia and not Jet Star. Air Asia offers similar prices but much better service and facilities.

I can see why they have been voted best low cost carrier for years in a row. Everything seemed easy, effortless and exactly as advertised. Even taking the bus around Don Mueang to get to the plane (literally from one side to the other) had no impact on the scheduled times (in fact we arrived a full 20 mins earlier)....

Regular flight, everything Ok. Then the strange announcement: "We will be fumigating the cabin, please cover your nose and mouth"! And then they did it, spraying the air with a pesticide! I've never experienced that on an airline before. It was weird!

Two times two horrible experiences.. First time I tried to cancel a domestic flight inside Indonesia as I had the right to do it and get 75% of the ticket..Hahah..you try to do that...it takes so much time and effort that it s not worth the money as it is an low cost airline.. You have to fill up a...

Be extra careful because this people let you fly in another country without asking you if you have a Visa so once you arrive in Vietnam they send you back and force you to get the flight with the same company which cost us 600$ to back to Penang. as soon as we booked again for Vietnam we saw the...

I flew AirAsia Business class from Melbourne via Kuala Lumpur to Hyderabad (and back) and I was very surprised about this budget airline. Very professional crew and staff, very clean, very comfy and relaxing (except the leg from Kuala Lumpur / Hyderabad as there is no business class but Hot seats only, but it's ok for a 4 hour flight)....

We took the early morning flight which was on time and paid a little extra for the hot seats .The flight was good and food ok .We found the early arrival in BKK was a bonus as we had to travel to PATTAYA and it was under 2 hours .Normally it takes 3-4 hours if you arrive on the afternoon...

If you’re going to need to make an internal flight in Thailand I suggest that you start by looking at what AirAsia has to offer. But, please be aware that this (and some other airlines), fly out of the “old” Bangkok airport. It’s a bit like flying into LHR then onwards from Gatwick. Getting from one airport to the other...

I am 100% certain that I left my iPad pro in the seat pocket of this flight. I logged this with Air Asia and didn't hear anything back, I called them, they say they don't have it. All I can deduce from this is that they either do not check the seat pockets between flights, or that it was found,...
