The service is fine but a bit disorganised. Definitely try and bring headphones or really anything to protect your ears as the flight is VERY loud. Fun landing into Culabra

We purchased tickets for Saturday June 23rd out of Ceiba, PR. Turns out there was a lot of rain and lightning and flights were not going out. Our flight was to be at 8AM and returning the same day at 5:30PM. We waited until after 10 and asked to cancel the flight. We were told our flight would be cancelled...

Always prefer to use VAL for my trips to Vieques or Culebra islands. Smooth and nice flights, always on time. No complaint at all. Take the plane from Ceiba Airport. It only takes 8 minutes to Vieques and 15 minutes to Culebra. An experience everyone should live!

If you want to get to Culebra quickly from the San Juan area, I suggest taking a flight out of Isla Grande airport (SIG) for a one way ticket of around 90$. I’ve heard many stories about the ferry being late or tickets being unavailable and that to me is a total deal breaker. If you’re on vacation, you want...

We booked a returning flight from Culebra to San Juan. The check-in process went well, but we ended up waiting a while to board. We left about 30 minutes later than we booked the flight for. I was so thirsty, but inside the airport, there were no options to get a drink. Not even a vending machine. A worker was...

I prefer flying to Culebra instead of taking the ferry and would typically fly direct from San Juan but post-Maria/Irma issues resulted in the only option matching my traveling schedule was to fly out of Ceiba from the airport at the old Roosevelt Roads Naval Base. Ceiba is not available as an option to choose when specifying the "Flying From"...

Great little air line for island hoping. No muss no fuss, no luxury, but a solid short flight to get where you want to be quickly. Bag fees can be tough but they are very clear when you book what the limits are.

We didn't get to fly on third one but found out they DO NOT refund even if THEY cancel. They will only give you a credit. I tried several times to get a refund from them but it fell on deaf ears! I'm just thankful we didn't get stuck there for the hurricane. Even though they ferry isn't the most...

Ferry is inexpensive, but takes a whole lot longer than flying. And non-residents can get bumped. So we fly, and we use Vieques Air Link. VAL will get you there safely and quickly. No airline gives you loads of room or luxury when you're island hopping. I really wish their weight limit were the same as other airlines (35lbs. for...

We opted to fly to Vieques instead of the ferry - glad we did. Arrived 60min prior to flight. Easy check-in, friendly staff, on time 10min flight. Great views!
