This flight was part of a package and chartered by a travel company rather than the scheduled service. As a charter we did not expect much but were pleasantly surprised. The plane was fairly new (Airbus 300) and even in Economy there was plenty of legroom. Food was good and drinks were included. However as the flight was relatively short...

This was one of the best short flights my husband and I have ever had. The plane was comfortable and the seats seemed wider than usual. Although not a large meal it was quite pleasant with wine, beer, soft drinks, tea coffee plentiful. The cabin crew could not be faughted for there efficiency and present manner.

My friend and I flew to Greenland for an Arctic break after spending a couple of nights in Copenhagen City. We have to say this was a unique and wonderful experience!! Flying through two snow capped mountains onto the runway was pretty spectacular and the level of expertise of the cabin crew stunned us!! The weather was harsh conditions but...

Cabin crew were fantastic; friendly and professional. Only complaint was that the air conditioning was not turned on during boarding, making it very uncomfortable while waiting.

I did not just take one flight. I flew from Copenhagen to Ilulissat. Ilulissat to Kangerlussuaq. And Kangerlussuaq to Copenhagen. 1. Copenhagen to Ilulissat Transit in Kangerlussuaq. My flight was delayed for few times before canceled. They simply put me into another flight later that day without asking my permission or choose. I arrived very late and missed my tour....

Terrible airline!!!!! Canceled my flight the night before. With no compensation no compassion just gave me my money back and basically said too bad all flights are canceled for rest of week. I will never ever book with them again. Nor should anyone else!!!

I didn't get on the flight, so this review is simply about *not* flying Air Greenland. It was a grave disappointment, in that I had planned to take my first-ever excursion to Greenland this week. I was able to check in online and get a boarding pass, and that's as far as I got. Flying Reykjavik Int'l to Nuuk. Notice...

This airline is a monopoly so if you want to get to anywhere in Greenland, you have no other choice. They have a single A330 plying between CPH and Greenland. It's a very old aircraft and not in the best of interior maintenance, 2x2x2 seating configuration, semi reclining seats. Baggage is restricted to 30kgs allowance, which was very disappointing to...

The only wildcard here is weather but if you are thinking of traveling to Greenland at all be prepared for it at every stop and activity period. The onboard folks are in constant motion - serving beverages (no alcohol), sandwiches, cookies and chocolate multiple times (not the sandwiches) during the flight.

If you travel with air Greenland, you’d better have up to a week to get home. It is not their fault that greenlandic weather is unpredictable, but their lack of communication and complete lies made it embarassing for them. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. I have never written a review, but this is just the most...
