The airline is quite modern by African standards, the plane is clean and the staff is friendly. On the return flight, the pilot artfully twisted around the storm clouds - a real pleasure!

The return ticket Nairobi-Malindi cost $150 but on board you have to buy refreshments. For that price I think they could give you a bottle of water and a biscuit!

Friendly staff, affordable price. No in flight meal though, some snacks for sale. The seats were OK for a short trip, would be uncomfortable otherwise.

Jambojet has undergone a much needed reform. I last flew with them a few years ago and at that the service was marred with delays and cancelled flights. New management has made a good impact. Flights I’ve taken this year to Mombasa and Ukunda have been on time, clean aircraft, friendly check in staff, no free beverages in flight yet....

Given that my home is 5 mins from Diani (Ukunda) airstrip this is a very convenient way to get to/from Diani and Nairobi. It is also convenient for incoming flights into JKIA, Nairobi and then a change of terminal to travel onwards to Diani. The earlier one books the cheaper the flights and the weekends and holidays are the most...

I knew this was a bad idea flying with them but since there were no return flights with Kenya Airways, i had to just pick this flight. The airline completely mishandled and broke my suitcase wheel and completely refused to take responsibility for it. Apparently "Its airline policy." They took hours to lodge the complaint from the airport and even...

Flew this last minute down to the coast. It was the first flight of the day at 6am and it was a solid experience. Booked the flight through KQ and got some fantastic fares given it was peak holiday season. Check in was smooth and quick, boarding was efficient and doors were closed pretty quickly as very few people head...

Was flying with my husband and 11 month old baby from JKIA-Ukunda on 5th January 2019. We arrived at the airport at 9.00am for our 10.20am flight. Check-in was fast and seamless. The airport staff were friendly and helpful. Priority was given to families with children so we were able to board first and settle. Seats were clearly marked and...
