Central Mountain Air has caused me to be late for two events in a row (two weeks in a row) after changing flight plans and adding a connection at the last minute, adding over an hour and a half. Minimal communication is given and no compensation for arriving so much later than the flight was supposed to. In flight crew...

Flew from Prince George to Vancouver! Flight was over booked by 3 person and have to delate my schedule for 3 hours to take Air Canada. Not going to buy tickets from them anymore. Prefer west jet or air Canada.

I will definitely fly Central Mountain Air again. So convenient to go from Terrace to Prince George and in no time at all. The staff including the pilots were so friendly, I can’t say enough. Small plane, with big service. I highly recommend others to try Central Mountain Air!

There are only 2 passenger airlines which fly in and out of Williams Lake . One is Central Mountain Air (CMA) and the other is Pacific Coastal Airlines. Both are good airlines. CMA flies in and out of the International / Main Terminal while Pacific Coastal flies in and out of the South Terminal. If you are connecting to Out-of-Province,...

I had the opportunity to fly with Canadian Mountain Air and my experience was pleasant. The flight crew were friendly and competent. The flights were short but the service was pleasant.

Very nice to have a one hour flight direct to Edmonton. Saves lots of waiting time between flights by not going thru Vancouver. Service was good.

Was a very nice flight from beginning to end the counter lady Donelda was very helpful and cheery! The baggage handler Darrel was very polite and the pilots did an amazing job especially considering we had a great amount of turbulence! They let us know it was going to happen and boy did it ever! But we had a pleasant...

We had a very smooth flight. It was our first time travelling with a wheelchair. They stowed the manual wheelchair as a Sky Check item so it was ready for us to use in the Vancouver airport. The staff in the terminal & on the plane were very pleasant. We booked with this airline to connect to an Air Canada...

I checked in online for our flight a couple of hours before we were supposed to be at the airport, everything looked on track. When we checked our bags, we were informed that the flight would be delayed an hour as they were waiting for another flight to come in. Ok, well, delays happen. We got to Edmonton at 715pm,...
