It was my second time to take this airline. Although the price for the ticket airline was cheap, the service was acceptable given that it was a low price airline

I didn’t like this airline at all. Seats are so small and uncomfortable and they don’t even serve beverages on my way to Jeju island from gimpo. I’ve made lot of short trips in the USA and always had beverages served. This was the only airline I’ve experienced that didn’t serve anything. Would not recommend this Airline.

Jeju air floor carpet was clean. The fabric on the chair felt sturdy soft and I repeat, clean. We slept well (The regular pricey airline that I frequently use, will be put to shame for missing their details on grime and spills) Air hostess blended into the cream white walls. They have white uniforms with off cream jackets. Overall, it...

Choosing this airline cause the timing fit our schedule. Nothing much to compare with the other airline we took while flying back to Seoul. Smooth take off and landing. Keep it up!

Jeju Airline is a reasonable airline use ex-Seoul to other regional destinations in Asia. No Frills airline.

We flew Jeju Air from Seoul to Tokyo. The flight was comfortable, although typical 737 seating. The flight attendants were courteous. You can purchase beverages and snacks on board. Flight was a little under three hours. A good bargain.

First time use Jeju Air, and it was great! The service was awesome, for me it’s the same with big airlines. Not like some LCC, they serve water, the seats are nice, what’s more, CA are very friendly, caring. I will for sure use again if I have to use LCC. Thank you very much!

We took jeju air from gimpo to jeju. Lots of flights to choose from and only a bit over an hour flight. We flew on 737 with middle aisle with 3 seats each side. It was tight but ok for the short flight. We had a delay in jeju of about 30 minutes...the crazy thing is they have speaker announcements...

I was very disappointed one of the cabin crew. She was just looking at me carrying my luggage that was very heavy on board. She didn't even try to help me. I am just wondering if they were told how to treat customers?!!!! Very poor customer service!!!I don't hate all the cabin crew coz not all of them are the...
