Seat space is small but typical of other carriers (we were spoiled by Cathay Pacific). Did have some movies but mostly older films. Only drawing for kids (no games). Have a USB plug in. Forced to watch Iceland promo videos (ok but with 4 flights). Flight attendants were curt with passengers. We did sit for 38 minutes on runway with...

At least our flight was safe and on time! We had a family of 8 surrounding us! Every time we take a trip I am reminded how much I dislike flying. The highlight today was sitting with a family of 8. The youngest, under 2, right across the aisle from me. He managed to throw his cup of 7-up all...

The flight was on time from take off to land. In flight movies were good and service was better than other country airlines. The aurora lights in the plane was a nice way to relax. Flew economy so the seats were what I expected. One big problem was the layover to Germany. We got off had a bit of time...

This was too long a flight to sit in seats that barely recline. This was business class. Not comfortable. Small foot rest hangs off back of seat in front. Shorter people have trouble even touching it. These seats don't even compare the the much older American Airlines business class seats that have about 12 different positions. Very challenging to sleep....

We enjoyed flying this "no-frills" airline to Europe. The flight is "broken-up" by a stop in Iceland, which suited us just fine since we don't like long flights. Service was good, the crew was pleasant, & Icelandair flies to so many European cities, we'll likely fly them again! Booking was easy, check-in was easy & boarding was easy.

I found icelandair a very friendly airline and the staff were very welcoming and dealt with the school group I was with very well. This ment the flight went smoothly. Plus they have a great range of up to date film to watch on the journey.

Great flights, good price, lots of entertainment choices, helpful staff. Only complaint is standing in line to board at KEF instead of the airline calling a certain number of rows.

Icelandair is my airline of choice. I always fly with icelandair and i have never had a problem. The staff is great, seats are comfortable and the food is good. The pilots are really experienced and do a good job.

The legroom in Economy was a bit tight, but no worse than other airlines. Punctuality would have been good, but Heathrow ATC put us in the hold for 30 minutes on return - hardly Icelandair's fault. Keflavik airport is civilised compared to many but, like the rest of Iceland, very expensive.

I was surprised that we had as much room as we did in the economy class. Soft blue LED lights illuminated the airplane as well as parts of the airport when we landed in Reykjavik, Iceland for a short layover. Lots of nice shops inside the airport with a mimosa special (BOGO) going on at the time of our layover....
