We flew from Manila to Palawan. The flight was on time. Quality of flight was better than with European lowcost airlines. The filght was on time, staff friendly. There was a little problems during checkin (a lot of domestic people, whitch fly first time) but it wasn't fault od airline.

Got the cheapest flight from them, even if our travel date is on the following day it is very reasonable. Great for backpackers

The flight is fine and good but better to get everything when your booking your ticket like choose your meal and seat number so no confusement and no complains on where they will put you. Not bad for a budget airline.

I've had a couple of bad experience with Airasia previously but this recent ones were beyond my expectation. It was on time and even way much earlier than expected. Thanks for the wonderful experience. It sure did helped me and my family to spend a nice vacation in Palawan.

First time to travel with Airasia. Low cost and its an okay experience with me. The flight was moved and delayed due to availability and air traffic. But I do appreciate their update thru email and SMS.

As any other low cost airline you cannot expect the best, but it's good, although a bumpy flight. Nothing bad to tell about it.
