I Have travelled with one of the cheaper Airlines for domestic flights Over the years and found them ok for what you pay for, so on a recent OS trip my husband and I flew Air Asia just to try them out! From the Airport waiting at baggage drop to the plane took forever and we were 31/2 hrs early...

left on schedule. Good landing. No frills airplane. Seats are small and not much legroom. A book, iPad or music will be good to get through the flight time.

Almost always fly with air Asia when going to Bali and 9 times out of 10 on time and efficient. Both flights this months were as advertised. Food on outward bound was great as we always book the fare with 20 kg and a meal. Sometimes we select sometimes we don’t select the meal, this time we took what was...

Never flown Air Asia before. Was surprised by the lack of just about anything on the flight, the cramped conditions and the noise level. The cost of the flight was not much lower (especially when you add the cost of checked baggage). AA will be a last resort fro me in future. Credit where credit is due though - I...

Just need more simple for fare, included meals & bagage at least 20kgs. Due our family trip to KL, then we have to pay additional cost for meals and bagage, it unusual as other airline. So it will makes easy to compare the fares.

Mentioned wrong gate no on the itinerary. Reached the designated gate late. Asked the manager to make me jump the queue as I was getting late amd they had common queue for all the flights. He checked the flight details and asked me to follow the queue. Checked in. Immigration. Security. Reached the gate and they said the flight has...

This is a short flight (less than 1.5 hrs) so we didn’t expect much. The flight was initially delayed 1 hour but they did send an email a few hours before warning of this. It was subsequently delayed another 50 min. We ordered a meal which was chicken and rice - adequate if hungry, but probably not worth it especially...

Firstly, staff were so unconcerned and had no care about the passengers. No eye contact, no friendliness or help. Were more concerned with playing with their phones and make up! Why 4 of them were needed was beyond me. 2 would have been fine. Plane was filthy. Did not want my feet on the floor! Flight was delayed for over...

Left on the 25th of June at 3.55 and arrival time in Perth 7.30. Good time to arrive back. But while in flight we where informed we would be flying back to Bali. So arrived back at 6.30pm. They allowed us of the plane. They said we could be departing Bali at 10pm, as no passenger was really sure what...
