I rarely had this bad experience with this airline which I have used for many years. The ground staff made a mistake inviting passengers to get on to the bus going to the aircraft, but there was one flight attendant that could not join after medical check up, so we had to wait for a replacement. Eventually everyone was told...

First I think the check in staff is not polite. No greeting, no professional manner. As well as the cabin crew. As if they are talking to a long time friend, "no sir, miss, mam". Do we have to pay to get some manners? And my plane was late when it landed in Singapore. The schedule was 2:10 PM afternoon....

Mostly cheapest (though seat only), usually on time, and pretty good service. I just don't really like the narrow leg space.

Hassle free and simple to use airport self check in kiosks minimizes queuing time. Only downside in Airasia’s website is that sometimes its a bit difficult to complete bookings specially when it comes to completing the transaction. Also airasia big points which covers the miles flown doesnt automatically reflect in your account statement unlike what other airlines do. Other than...

2 weeks before flight data, sudden email and message to my mobile that they change the flight type to Air Asia X. I was glad as the legroom will be more space then normal flight. If not buying any gifts, dont buy baggage fees. Flight traveling less than 1.5hrs dont waste your money in buying food and have a good...

When I was planning my trip from Jakarta to Bali, the airline selection was a big challenge to me. I searched different airlines but found AirAsia Indonesia is the cheapest and more reliable. The actual journey was more pleasant then I was expecting. Two times, I flew with this airline, and it was on time. They also serve hot food...
