It says it all when the only option for "Class of Service" in the drop-down menu for the review is "Economy". Essentially this is China's Number 1 flying crate service. Oh, and when I say "service" you need to pay to actually receive any. Food and drinks, even water are extra, and the selection available is absolutely poor. You pay...

You will almost always need to take a bus to the airplane, so you MUST be at the gate far earlier than normal airlines and even earlier than they print on your ticket. The overall experience will be outrageous on this airline, so just be prepared. Most of the time they leave the lights on the entire flight, sell duty...

I've travelled around with couple of budget airlines around the world but Spring is "The Worst" so far. The Worst! Checking-in was terrible. Their weight limit policy was a SCAM. Policy said 10kg check-in luggage and 5kg carry-on. So, what happened was "THEY CHECK MY LAPTOP BACK PACK ON THE WEIGHT SCALE!!!" WHAT!? So, because of the Laptop, chargers, and...

All and everything is in the title. People who can afford to spend more bucks on a flight will do. For others you have Spring Airlines which is a bit like the hard-seats train of the 19th century for the working class. But it stills brings you to your destination. - Longest shuttle trip on the tarmac before reaching plane...

I have taken Spring more than one time and this Airline is by far the worst for Service, Timing and courtesy. Waited more than one hour in the plane to leave HK. Reason too much air traffic which seemed the case in every location I have taken them. Not worth the savings.

The flight was ok. I have read terrible reviews but we did not have any problem and didn't see anybody having them. However, I bought extra luggage in advance due to that terrible reviews.

Because the time, location, and price factors, I used Spring Airline for the first time this week. I read a few bad reviews about this airline and was not sure what to expect. It flies out of T1 in Hongqiao airport, a much less crowd airport now, easy to arrive by Line 10 of the subway, and security control line...

I have taken many airlines and this is the worst I have ever taken. Would gladly take North Korean Air over this rubbish. Commonly delayed, no hand luggage allowed on board other than soft bags, no recling seats, small leg room fit only for hobbits. Would only recommend to enemies.

There are not a lot of positives things to say apart from the plane was modern, fare was cheap and one or two staff members spoke enough English to be helpful. The bad points ... very cramped, minimal leg room, think Ryan Air of Asia but worse, no free water (we asked because my partner needed to take medication... no...
