What would anyone understand when you see on the flight digital board “Final Call” for your flight? Then we approach the FLYNAS employees behind the counter , you get an unprofessional and a rude way Later Later!!!!!!???? If you don’t understand or don’t know how to use these informative tools or if you don’t know how to update it. Just...

It was my fault. I should have known. You get what you pay for ! This airline dumped transit passengers in an empty terminal building without access to food or water for 4 hours. Took away people's passport and had absolutely no one from the airline to talk to. It may appear cheap, but you pay for it in the...

I'm NEW to the Middle East. Was and STILL are skeptical of airlines I've never heard of but decided to take the 1 hour flight from Riyadh to Dammam for the weekend. I mean the ticket was only 100 dollars. Both coming and going, the flights did NOT board on time!! Also, the A/C on the aircraft did not work!...

Poor standard airline. Aging fleet always with maintenance problems. I’ve traveled 3 times in last 2 months and every time it’s been delayed due to maintenance problems. Again we are sitting on the tarmac in Dubai waiting for engineer to attend to mechanical problem. No explanation from flight crew and cabin in stifling hot. Management seriously need to improve aircraft...

My husband and I had a roundtrip tickets from Riyadh to Jeddah last weekend, so I'm not sure how all flights on this airline are, but the plane on this particular flight was terrible. There was NO AIR CONDITIONING! Saudi Arabia in August, and the plane doesn't have working a/c? Ridiculous! The seats were extremely close together (I'm only 5'6",...

It was a quick decision to make this flight and so were the flight arrangements that were completely done online using the smart phone application. So I simply had to go straight through immigration and security check before heading directly to the gate. The long queue at check-in that I skipped was a good start for my trip. One other...

This is the second time I fly on this airlines and just like the last time it was a full flight. You need to be careful with what you carry on board because anything extra than one small hand bag might be a real issue to find a place to store. You will be lucky to find a place in...
