Aer Lingus always efficient and friendly. Delay in landing due to storm at destination but kept well informed by crew.

As airlines go, Are Lingus has few faults that I can find. I'm a big guy and don't fly on a regular basis so I don't have much to go on. Friendly staff, decent food and great in-flight entertainment.
Customer service is a foreign concept to this airline. Wow, just wow, maybe the best airline experience I have ever had anywhere. They are top of the line in everything they do for you.
the middle seat was empty in my 3 seat row - so i put my Business papers on it. Purser did not like it. claimed that according to international Airline regulations an empty seat must be left completely empty.
Very pleasant staff, all well run. Slight delays but nothing exceptional. Would happily fly with them again. Basic but got us there!
