Arrived at the airport 3 hours and didn't realize they charged for luggage but the person at the counter advised to pay for the luggage online since it would save me a lot at the airport 33 pounds online 13 pounds per luggage, plane was late due to weather but service on board was good, nothing free on plane so...

Comfortable seats with ability to move headrests. Friendly staff. Not too much trying to sell stuff to you. Also they use the tunnel to get onto the plane instead of making passengers walk outside.

It has been years since I flew Aer Lingus but is all came flooding back once we checked in at the desk,no panic or rush, just efficient, the same with boarding. The in flight was great, no trying to force the contents of the trolley down your gullet with multiple trips up and down the cabin in a frantic manner....

Flight attendants not so polite as in other airlines. Not sincere smiles also in the airport staff faces in Lisbon or in Dublin airports. They seam to do not like the work they do.

I had not flown on Aer Lingus in over 20 years and found them excellent from check-in to my final destination. What I enjoyed most was being able to pass through Customs & Immigration in Dublin which made the arrival back in Boston very easy. The food and service was very good and the flight attendants where always ready to...
