Traveling back from Europe, we had to switch from Aer Lingus at Dulles to fly on United back to our home city. Our luggage arrived several days later. According to United, the bags had never been transferred to them by Aer Lingus at Dulles. I made many calls to both airlines, pleading for some communication and cooperation between them. While...

We sit in our seats, 2 seat configuration. 1st problem the arm rest in the middle does not retract all the way up, only halfway. It is the design. When we are in the air the people in front of us put their seats back. Usually not a problem but these must have been broken as they came back so...

The flight itself was fine. But after the flight was a nightmare. There were 10 people in line with me who all lost their luggage. That ratio is appalling. The guy who took our information for the lost baggage claim, did not give us a claim number staying that the system was down and that he would call us with...

We've traveled quite a lot and these were probably the tightest arrangement of seats we've ever encountered. We are average sized people, not overweight. When the seat reclines in front of you, you nearly gasp for air, especially if you're by the window. Boxed in like sardines. A blonde stewardess named Ruth on the return flight June 12th was curt...

Normally we travel Boston to Shannon but this last visit to Ireland we traveled Boston to Dublin. Flight was much quieter, more business travelers. Flight also left later which was great with the kids as they slept almost the whole flight. The individual in flight entertainment systems were great for the kids during the transatlantic flight home. We also decided...

I really don't see why they feel they can charge so much more for a flight to the same destination as Ryanair , comfortable seats and friendly staff (most of the time) but not any thing extra to justify the difference in price to me

We flew with AerLingus on the way to Portugal for our holiday back in April. We had difficulty checking in online so let them know on Facebook where they fixed the issue quickly and upgraded us to priority boarding without us realising until the day. We didn't ask them to this, we only wanted to be able to check in...
