We have flown with these guys quite a few times and have always had a good experience this one was no different a tight operation. We have found you catch more flies with honey than vinegar, so at checkin we are always especially nice end so far have always been given, an exit row. And the experience overall to be...

Aer Lingus is the only way to get from the New York area to Shannon. I travel this route yearly with my very elderly mother and, if I could, I'd book with another air line. We flew out of Newark, NJ this past fall via Aer Lingus's partner, United Airlines. We were scheduled to return via a connecting flight from...

My wife and I just returned from a trip to Europe flying on Aer Lingus. We left from IAD and flew to Dublin and spent a few days there and then flew to Paris for five nights. The return flight was Paris to Dublin and then Dublin to IAD. We will never fly this airline again. Here is why: 1....

This review is about a combination of approx. 20 flights in the last 9 months. Although the flight is from Terminal 2 and there are BA flights from T5, you will find tha they are very often. If you leave it late to book your flight (48 hours) you will find the prices go through the roof. Very often I...

Warning DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE as they cannot provide you with working aircraft at 7pm when your supposed to fly and can only put you on a bus to take you 3hrs to Dublin airport to fly to your destination the next day at 9am (that's provided they can provide a working aircraft),there is no UK/IRISH 24hr help desk...

Absolutely the worst airline i have ever delt with. Very poor customer service. Very incompetent employees. Very rude. They have no customer service number you have to fill out a form online takes up to two or three months to get back to you. Then when you get the email you have to go fill out that form again using...

More of a budget airline than a national carrier quality air line. Wasn't able to check in on-line for some technical reason that they couldn't explain at the airport so didn't get to choose seats. Have to pay for everything, even water (£3). Worst was the 45 minute wait for a few bags to come off in London and about...

Aer Lingus is the main airline for flights going to Dublin. Since I have a son in Dublin, I always take AL. It is a pleasant flight, and I enjoy the flight all the time.

The main problem was the ground staff who were abrupt, disorganised and seemed to lack the necessary skills to say please and thank you. They seem to think that passengers are herded and corralled, told repeatedly to stand back from the door, I was waiting to be told to" mind the gap " They differ greatly from other Aer Lingus staff...

Can't fault our journey from the UK to New York. We went via Dublin and the customs section was well organised and made it a very smooth process. The flight itself was comfortable with good entertainment and good service!
