we've chosen to fly with Aer Lingus last August because they had a bigger aircrafts with more space and 2 seat rows: we were 2 adults and 2 small children/toddler, one with Autism. Our return flight was a nighmare. First there was a drunk young man behing my child that was getting sick all flight, then he asked for more...

AER LINGUS recently offered us a voucher as compensantion for ruining our holiday to the USA. I have rang them 7 times and I still cannot get my voucher. Avoid using AER LINGUS if you can. They are completely incompetent.

I have flown with Aer Lngus regularly for the last 3 years now. For an airline that offers such reasonable price flights the service is excellent. Ok the legroom is not great but it is ample and the seats are comfortable. Big plus is that they always seem to get you on the plane in plenty of time and the...

Food was awful, no leg room, that being said the fare was very reasonable the staff very accommodating and friendly. I did pre select seats that I didn't get. Thankfully no small children. I will fly with again, the flights were on time, 4 hour layover but with all the inspections and customs the time went very quickly. Pack a...

Awful - zero leg room, have to pay for drinks, the smallest seats I've ever seen. Tip: don't book through Getawayasap - horrible. They are closed on weekends, so if you have to change your ticket, you're out of luck. Aer Lingus will refund tax for unused tickets, but getawayasap won't give it to you, they keep it. Avoid Getawayasap...

Very comfortable flights. We have flown with them a number of times and the planes are clean, staff is reasonable and polite. The cabin of plane is nice and you have decent leg room with friendly staff. The baggage check desk is reasonable and doesn't try to gouge your wallet.

it should be noted that aer lingus is not the national airline of ireland, it used to be but has been a publicly listed company for years, and is now currently owned by IAG. In fact, ryanair is far more irish than aer lingus! the company is not an LCC but rather a reduced cost airline. Seating in their aircraft...

First time flying Aer Lingus. Never heard of airline before until our flight to England in June. Very reasonable prices a lot cheaper than Air Canada. Comfortable seating for a 6 hr flight
