This was only a very short flight but we left on time and arrived earlier than expected. The plane was very clean and free of litter. The pilot kept us informed at all times. the legroom was better than most planes I have traveled on . There was trolley service for basic drinks etc but not really enough time to drink !!!

The seats were comfortable with adequate legroom and the food was adequate. Take Aer Lingus - its the quickest way to get to Ireland (with a nod to Duke Ellington).

Our business class experience was wonderful. Comfortable seats, great inflight entertainment, surprisingly very good food and friendly service made the upgrade worth every penny. It was so nice to have plenty of leg room and this cabin configuration has everyone facing in the same direction unlike some other airlines where you have a stranger facing you. The lie flat beds...

A perfectly adequate short hop flight. Staff were friendly and the seats fine. Only slight gripe was they had run out of hot snacks to purchase on my evening return flight but other than that nothing to complain about ! I would use again.

There are two great advantages - US immigration takes place at Dublin with absolutely no waiting time in our case and you enter JFK at local terminal 5 with no customs etc - and - flights to Dublin from Germany are relatively short, from Dublin to JFK not too long as well. That makes up for only average legspace. One...

I lucked into a great price for the flight from BOS to DUB and a reasonable one for the return trip. I was pleasantly surprised there were absolutely no headaches getting on the planes and that everything ran on time. On the return trip from Dublin, I was particularly appreciative that there were numerous helpful Aer Lingus customer service reps...

This is one of the shortest flights I have ever taken as usually long haul, but it was faultless. The crew and Captain Stewart (first nam e, did not catch surname) could not be more welcoming to all passengers. A lovely touch was Captain sharing our route and keeping us informed of small delay on take off as well as...
