Quick flight to Dublin took off on time and landed early. Cabin service was limited but unnecessary. Staff were friendly. Baggage delivery was efficient.

I overslept (from a loud night in a hostel), and I arrived at the airport (outside of security) only half an hour before the flight was to take off. though the problem was all my fault, they made an extra effort to get me and my bags on the plane, and (with a little sprinting on my part), they succeeded....

The cabin crew of our Aer Lingus flights both from and returning to Newark were the most friendly I've come across in a long time of air travel. Kudo's to the crew.

Our travel agent booked the return leg of our journey from the US with Aer Lingus, we had flown out with BA. Although there was a film service using handsets, the choice of films was limited. The plane used for the final leg, Dublin to Glasgow used a considerably smaller plane, which meant I had extreme difficulty getting my hand-luggage...

Flew to Boston Saturday 17th December with return Thursday 22nd December. Bags delayed and turned on day of departure! You can see from the email chain clear communication regarding expense and response from Aer Lingus staff. Upon submitting claim for expense we are told sorry our liability is half of what you have spent. I have used Aer Lingus at...

We took off one hour late, and had to land in LISBON airport as the fuselage was defective. T he captain and crew landed and were very professional and caring. We were all under pressure as we had to get back to Dublin to our commitments as it was a Tuesday 17th January after the Christmas holidays. A good hotel...

If possible I tend to travel with Aer Lingus. When I see the green and white plane waiting on the runaway a get a sense of safety. Walking into the aircraft where else would you see one of the crew cradling a baby to sleep in her arms while the parents got themselves into their seats. Its that warm greeting...

Aer Lingus staff are friendly and flying is much more relaxed with them.Would always prefer flying with Aer Lingus than the budget airlines.
