Dublin to Faro is a busy route into the Algarve servicing a full plane every day with holidaymakers and golfers. The service is slick taking only about 20 minutes to board about 200 passengers and only takes 2hr 45min airport to airport. The cabin crew are under a great deal of pressure to complete their tasks but always seemed pleasant...

I ordered the vegetarian meal in advance, they did not have it, I was willing to pick around the chicken but they ran out of that. They only offered beef. So I had to BUY pringles from the food catalog. The entertainment system in my seat was broken. There was not enough food for everyone on the flight. You have...

Flight delayed... left standing at gate for an hour. Then the gate is changed with no apology. Left standing again and then the flight departs a further 15 minutes late. Very poor customer service. Typical budget airline unfortunately.

Aer Lingus rostered the A321 on this flight. There is lots of legroom in 10A, 10E, 24A and 24E. SO make sure to book these seats in advance. See my picture for how much legroom you get. You sacrifice a window view but on night time flight what can one really miss? This flight did have a short turnaround time...

We were rushed through luggage in by a young lady who was more concerned about ending her shift than actually checking our baggage - never mind being greeted, there wasn't even a moment for eye contact. The same behavior continued on the plane when another young lady virtually threw a cup of tea at me - I hadn't realized until...

A comfortable flight. Check in quick, bags not lost, pleasant cabin crew. The refreshment for purchase we did not take up as it was such a shirt flight. Bags quickly delivered to the carousel. All good to be sure!

Very comfortable flight. Even though the plane was full, cable crew were very helpful and distributed light refreshments (biscuits and cool drinks/coffee) without delays.

Aer Lingus JFK New York to Dublin was a really good experience.Expecting a very average check in experience at JFK we were surprised at the modern Jet Blue terminal, the easy check in and security. The Aer Lingus lounge was excellent and the flight on a near new A330 was quiet, efficient with friendly cabin crew . Altogether a pleasant relaxing trip...

Got reasonably priced flight at fairly short notice, seat selection was fine, got our 2 seats together at no cost when we checked in online about 10 hours beforehand, flew out of Dublin early in the morning, we were on time, smooth flight and no problems.

If transfering allow at least two hours in Dublin for your luggage to arrive with you. We had an hour in Dublin before catching our connecting flight to Amsterdam. We arrived Sunday morning. Our luggage was delivered to us Thursday afternoon. The baggage tracking and delivery "service" Aer Lingus uses -- Avia Partners -- was the worst customer interface I've...
