Second time in Argentina and both trips have been spoiled by strikes affecting flights home. This time 57 flights in and out of Buenos Aires were cancelled with an instruction to call the airport - who did not answer. We were a group of 7 so 2 of us went to Ushuaia airport and sat there all day with nobody...

They left us and another 100 people stranded in Iguazu without any explanation. Nobody would come out for 6 hours to say if the flight is canceled or if we should keep waiting. There were old people and small kids waiting and there was no-one to say anything. Aerolineas stuff just disappeared. Finally we gave up and took a 20...

A wildcat strike (8 November) impacted our return flight - the alternate flight for next morning was also cancelled. No staff at airport counter, no info on website, and calls to contact centre rang out. In the interests of making our return flight home purchased at ticket from LAN - which unfortunately didn't go to EZE but AEP - but...

First time to fly Aerolinas Argentina on a domestic hop between BA and El Calafate. My luggage was overweight (21 kg) and their limit is only 15 kg. There were many of us that were charged an overweight fee ($25) that we had to pay inorder to get our boarding pass. Once on the plane for this 3 hour flight,...

I used to fly by Aerolineas Argentinas. Despite the reason of my trip -tourism or business- my experience was always fantastic not only in Economic class but also in business class where the seats, food and drinks are unbeatable. Always on time with very competitive price I strongly recommend this airline.

Besides from losing our baggage twice, Aerolineas Argentinas cancelled our direct flight from Iguazu to Salta due to a storm over Buenos Aires. We had to wait for 7 hours in the airport without any information since customer service is an unknown concept to this company. After queueing for several hours cramped with hundreds of stranded passengers in 40+ degrees,...

Our entire holiday in Argentina has been wrecked by this airline. We got from Buenos Aires to El Calafate nearly on time. Our onward flights to Mendoza were cancelled. We were rebooked on a flight two days later, which meant that our trip to Mendoza was lost. Itinerary altered to go to Iguazu direct. Flight today now also cancelled. So...

Aerolineas Argentinas went on strike today, immediately following our arrival to the airport. No help/information was given, and we were told by AA staff that the strike would be over in 2-3 hours. All flights were cancelled out of Iguazu by this company, and no response has been given. We were supposed to be in Mendoza for 3 days, but...
