The first flight wasn’t exceptional, they all are. What a pleasure it is to fly this airline. Staff are all so friendly and helpful, yet efficient. Long lines at check-in appear daunting but with such efficient staff the queue moves swiftly. I guess other passengers already know about the service and are keen to fly. Average entertainment on board, but...

It was the first time we had flown with this airline, so had no idea what to expect. Check-in was friendly and efficient and although the luggage was slightly over that specified it was not an issue. Changing from weight allowances on international to local flights can always create a few problems, especially when packing for a range of destinations...

We traveled on Aerolineas Argentinas 5 times while in the country , traveling from place to place while seeing the wonderful sights of Argentina. The airline sent emails the day before the flight as a reminder, the day of the flight to confirm if the flight was on time or delayed and the day after to ask if all went...

At the airport in Buenos Aires, 2 Aerolineas Argentinas employees did not find our flight reservations, purchased online. We had to buy new tickets. The next day in Iguazu, they found there were duplicated reserves. It had been an error in the search. The 2nd reservation was canceled. For 4 months, despite exchanged mails in which Aerolineas assumes the error,...

Travelling through Argentina we've used Aerolineas a few times now. All our flights have been on time or just up to 15 mins late. The service has been good and they offer a drink and a small snack during the flight. The only issue is they only allow a 15Kg limit per person which for international traveler's can be an...

It was my second flight with an Argentinian airline, but differed very much from my flight with Austral the same morning (Austral is a wholly owned subsidiary of Aerolineas Argentina) I had expected more from this carrier with roots back to 1949. Seated by an emergency exit, I had expected a briefing of its operation, or at least a question...

To be honest, I'm not even talking about the seats or anything, the flight itself was very unpleasant. One of the aircrafts wings was not ok and the plane kept shaking. Thought we were going to crash. I think its a bit irresponsible to use a plane like that. Consider it before boarding a flight of this company.

This was a very refreshing experience after the flight on another airline to Rio. The flight was on time, the check-in process was very easy and the service on board was good. As with other flights I have had with this airline stands out for being efficient in what it does.
