Everything was ok on-board and before boarding. Kind attendance and flights on-time.We choose a daytime flight because it was cheaper than nighttime. Nothing to criticize but the video audio that have some troubles. At this time, costumer service was great as I need to do date changes and they were very helpful and patient (VERY!!!). They guided me for the...

I never had the opportunity to fly with Aerolineas and I can assure I will never do this again to myself. This is the worst airline company I ever had a opportunity to fly with. Terrible service, terrible food, terrible timing, terrible individual space. Everything was terrible.

I changed my return flight leg ahead of my trip by phone. I gave them a different credit card to charge for the $80 change fee than the one used for the original reservation, but they failed to charge it. Upon checking in at the airport, they told me that my reservation was frozen and that I would have to...

Have flown several times with this airline. Their flights are always delayed sometimes by as much as 8 hours. Communication from staff is very poor. Interior of the aircraft are old, entertainment terrible. Food is passable. Cabin crew look tired and burnt out. But they are cheap, they got me from A to B safely and my bags arrived with...

This was my first time flying Aerolineas Argentinas. This was a non-stop flight leaving Buenos Aires 8.30 AM. The plane seemed fairly new. The seat was very comfortable, except for the "bed" which was the worst I've ever experienced. Thankfully this was a day flight and I did not need to sleep. Sleeping would have been next to impossible in...

We booked a return flight with this airline from Buenos Aires to El Calafate. The journey itself was pleasant and the planes were on time, try and book your seats in advance especially if you want fabulous views leaving El Calafate. I found it amusing though how everyone claps when the plane lands (can't make my mind up how to...

I just tried to change the flight ticket due to Argentinean visa issues. The costumer service couldn't change it! They said that 'We cannot change the ticket because the system doesn't allow us to do so. You need to do that with your travel agency. The only option you have with us is buying a brand new flight ticket to...

Recently flew from Lima to Buenos Aires and the flight was delayed by about 30 minutes but the inside of the plane was really nice. The blanket smelled a little weird but was nice and warm, my only thing is that they should provide a pillow like LATAM does with the blanket. The service on board was really good and...

A check-in staff nitpicked on the weight of our luggage, and weighted every single bag we carry, and turn to 2 KG in total over 2 persons' 5KG limit of backpack. If he had insisted, we would just put on my scarf and sweater and hold Lonely Planet in hand. Be careful, we will definitely try to avoid this airline...

From aeroparque to Trelew in a 737. Choose the premium economy. The price was barely above the coach. Had trouble with the online booking. It seems I was on the AA website for Argentinians only, and it was impossible to get the payment done online with cc. Went to another website from AA which looked more international and there it...
