From the check in staff to the flight attendants were amazing. Even onboard I heard the same cabin crew speaking in Spanish, Italian, English and even French! The boarding was fast and everyone were really helpful explaining on a good way to people who don't know what to do (I guess the never flew in their lifes) The food onboard...

They have very good service in land as well on the flight. Very organized at the boarding. Flight attendants are very nice. The legroom is ok, not big issues on this plane.

Though we chose exit row seats when we bought tickets, upon boarding our return flight we were shocked to find that our seats 32 A and B were not exit row seats, but one row behind. (No one was able to tell us what happened, or why Row 31 did not appear on the online seat maps). Beware: the seats...

This was one of several internal flights we made with this Argentinian carrier We have always found them trouble free and this was no exception. Now there is competition on some routes from an airline called sky. This is a sort of Easyjet, cheap fares but expensive to have hold luggage, but worth a look as an alternative. Free snack...

The overall experience was great. When I got to the ticket counter at JFK, the ticket agent was really helpful asking me which seat I would prefer and gave me a great seat (Since I'm really tall and need the leg room). The food was actually better than some of the food I've had on other airlines. Our dinner meal...

Then suddenly the flight was rescheduled to 3 hrs later which it ruin our day trip in Iguazu fall, it takes weeks to reschedule and the cost of ticket reissued was almost the same as purchasing new tickets. On the ticket,...

Flight was OK. Not that good flight service. And, to end the trip in a delight, opened bags are not recongnized by the company.

We paid for the extra level of seating and it was a good standard and straight forward flight without incident which is important. Paying for the business class seats was worth the money. A suggestion to the airline is to better manage the Priority boarding passengers against passengers who say they have priority boarding needs (and dont have any) especially...

We took six flights on Aerolineas Argentinas during our month-long vacation, flying between Buenos Aires and El Calafate, Bariloche, and Iguazu. Every flight was on time. Employees on the phone, in the airport, and on the planes were very friendly and helpful. I had read some negative reviews, but our experience was very pleasant on all counts. The planes were...
