The check-in for our flight and the flight itself were both very smooth. Fortunately, I had read the baggage limits in advance and we packed accordingly, so had no hassle with overweight baggage or extra charges. A good experience overall. The only thing I was unhappy about was that the price for the flight must have spiked when I purchased...

good experience over all - in flight service is good. However, both ( AER & ASU) ground personnel needs to be a bit more communicative- and accessible to answer questions- they are almost unreachable in Aeroparque and react badly when you make your way over to ask them questions about boarding time (my flight was delayed), then in ASU was...

Weight limit on checked baggage is 15 kg (about 33 pounds) while the weight limit on carry-on baggage is 8 kg. Overweight charge is 650 Argentine pesos (about $35 depending on the foreign currency exchange rate). Once your baggage is weighed and is deemed overweight, you'll have to step out of line, get into the Overweight Baggage payment window to...

A strike by ground handlers meant that our scheduled flight to Santiago was cancelled and our connection in Santiago was lost (and cost us thousands of dollars). This is typical of a third world country that can't get its labour relations worked out and employees strike to punish or blackmail the airline. The trouble is that thousands of ordinary travellers...

The actual flight itself was fine, I have no problem with it. The issue was the check in. For some reason Aerolineas Argentinas only has a baggage allowance of 15Kg. Which is nothing. Needless to say I had to pay $70 for excess baggage. I was 5.5 and 6.5 kg over. Annoying but not the end of the world. Then...

We used Aerolineas Argentina for all internal flights (6 in total) on a recent holiday in Argentina. The aircraft were modern, immaculately clean and the staff extremely helpful and professional. We experienced nothing but comfort and would use this airline again in a heartbeat.

A brand new airplane, with the most modern technology. Cordial check-in without waiting long, fast boarding and a very pleasant flight. Very good in flight service and a wide entertainment on board offer. Fast and simple luggage delivery. It is very pleasant when everything works perfectly. Thanks, Aerolineas Argentinas

A long flight but made bearable by the generous seat pitch and comfortable seating. snacks and drinks were served twice during the flight. The crew were pleasant and helpful. Departure and arrival were both on time. Safe take off and landing...what more could we ask!

Perfect flight, perfectly in time! The renewal of the fleet goes on. All B737 in really good conditions, comfortable and clean. Also the smaller Embrear jets in perfect conditions. Congratulations! The renewal of the Airbus 330/340 for long distance flights should follow. No Problems with on-line checkin. Service on board nice and friendly. Variety of drinks could be increased. Unfortunately...
