I want my money and time back! On January 28 I departed from Orlando to Sao Paulo, with scale in Mexico City. The plane took off 40 minutes later and arrived the same time later. Before leaving Orlando I asked Aeromexico personnel if I would have problem flying with my parachute in the cabine, they said NO. I did not...

I don't know if its is the requirement of the government of Mexico or the airline but when you make a stop over in Juarez airport you need to go through immigrations, even if you are continuing on to another city. You need to check out your luggage and then check it back in for the destination airport. Airport personnel...

They were also very helpful with a fragile carry on that I had. I will certainly look at...

At 3am at Habana airport there was no sign to indicate where to line up for check in. People were left to guess where to line up and then had to ask to confirm that they were in the correct line. Aside from that check in staff were efficient and courteous.Check in at Mexico City though was quick easy and...

We had previously flown first class on Aeromexico, due to an upgrade. Our last flight was in economy, and we enjoyed it almost as much. Seats were comfortable, great selection of movies to watch, and free drinks/food included. Flight attendants were friendly and helpful. Overall great experience.

Flew on AeroMexico once to Cancun. Had a good flight. Love that their schedule down to Cancun, Mexico is nice and early in the morning. Ground staff and on board crew were very nice.
