The best experience that i had in airlines, cheap. comfortable and clean, the food are very simple but great.
There seem to be hidden charges where you are not able to find a seat unless you pay for it in advance. Works well if one is traveling alone but if one is traveling with family and would like to sit together or (in the case of my mom who is wheelchair bound and cannot walk too far), costs a...More
The service was better than Volaris and Viva Aerobus. Plenty of leg room, easy check in, free snacks and drinks. Given how bad the other flight experiences were, it was a nice relief to have a 'normal' flight.
I had the worst experience with this airline. I booked a flight for December 3rd to fly out for my grandmother’s funeral. The flight was supposed to fly out at 1240. We got to the airport at 945am and were at the terminal ready to fly out by 1015. However at 1245 they announced a delay. Every 30 mins they...More
We can say that flying has become less an adventure and more of a chore over the last few years. However, taking this into consideration the Aeromexico people made the flights we took reasonable. Nothing exciting but then again any safe take off and landing makes for a good flight!
Good service, good travel and quality is good. Usually travel through Aeromexico means positive experience for the passenger.
Worst experience I have ever had today with Aeromexico. Holding reservation on Aeromexico for travel tomorrow out of Merida back to the United States. Have flown Aeromexico numerous times and never had problem until today. Went to check-in on my flight and chose to upgrade my seat in coach from row 14 to row 6 for $30US. Once all info...More
This was overall a very poor, uncompetitive business class experience. Boarding was posted as on-time so I went to the gate and waited...and waited for boarding to start. NO ANNOUNCEMENT whatsoever was made from the crew about what the delay was, and about 8 minutes before scheduled departure time, boarding finally began. SLOWLY and very inefficiently as it was. It...More
Flight was good. The red eye can be tough though, especially when you hit a huge line at customs on arrival at 7am local time. (Not the airlines fault) One note: I got very sick and decided to leave Mexico city early. I called Aeromexico and asked to change my flight and they charged me $250 USD to move my...More
Flying with Aeromexico Airlines, you pay a little more; however, you get your monies worth. I have flown with other airlines to save some cash; however, I have not received the type of service and attention I received with the Aeromexico staff. I am planning and saving for our next trip and I can assure everyone reading my review that...More
