We flew from DFW to MEX airport mid January. The ground officers and the air hostesses were excellent and helpful. The flights were on time. The airplanes are nice and clean. We got a sandwich snack box on the flights. However, there was no entertainment system on the flights.

I decided to fly back home on business class. Used the Aeromexico lounge at Cancun airport. Very poorly catered, only bad sandwiches, peanuts, chips and cookies are provided as food. I would expect to eat properly at a business class lounge. This was certainly not the case. Drinks are ok The seat comfort in business is good. I had an...

I got to my seat to find an umpleseant surprise. My serving table was full of chewing gum. Not a very nice experience if you ask me. They also provide ONLY peanuts for a two hour flight. They also happen to be the most expensive carrier in Mexico

Well, if you are going to fly from Mexico City to the US, Aeromexico is my choice. Why, three reasons; you actually will be served FREE OK food, (not filled with sodium, like what is those box luches for$10 or so), Free alcohol and very nice people to serve you who actually appear to have genuine smiles (ex head shrinker...

Aeromexico cancelled my flight and offered me a refund. They told me it would take 6 weeks even though on their website they claim to return funds within a week. I could not understand why such a long time was needed and they could give me no explanation. My request that they send me an email stating that I was...

Our annual humanitarian trip to Colima, Mexico has been cancelled due to government travel advisory warning against all non-essential travels to the area. All volunteers with other airlines are able to have their change fees waived, except Aeromexico who refuses to give any concessions despite the humanitarian nature of the trip. Their change fee of US$215+ per ticket amounts to...

I have contacted aeromexico customer service 6 times via email and they have not responded once. I have called and chatted with no resolution except I have to email. 1. Upon arrival to LAX on Jan 7th my checked bag was very damaged and the 2 surfboards inside were broken. There was obvious malicious damage to the bag caused by...

Purchased a ticket online. Site gave me an error, tried again. Gave me another error.. Later, the ticket showed up in my email, however the dates were wrong. I called and was asked if I wanted to cancel it (And would get a refund in 6 weeks) or change it.. I told them I just wanted the ticket correct. They...

I was traveling from New York to Mexico City. I was charged 55 dollars extra for a suitcase because according to them, that is what they charged during a holiday. Also, when I tried to ask him more information about the extra payment. He immediately yelled at me and told me that if I didn't want to pay I should...

The first part of this trip was generally good, from Quito to Mexico City. We used the VIP lounge in Quito and found it to be very good. The only disappointing aspect of the flight was the use of Coffee Mate in place of cream or milk in Business Class! I was appalled. We used the Aeromexico VIP lounge in...
