I was not looking forward to our return flight home from Tokyo Haneda airport, after the miserable flight we had going. At least this one wasn't 6 hours delayed leaving. In fact it was about 30 minutes delayed, but we managed to land on time. The food on the flight from Toronto was about the worst ever I have had...

Traveling in a wheelchair can be a challenge but the crew of Air Canada made sure my needs were met from gate to gate. I was escorted in my chair through ticketing and security right to the gate. I had a transfer at Vancouver and was again escorted through the terminal. The stewards on board the plane demonstrated the same...

We were booked in Economy for our flight home to Toronto but we received a notice from AC that we could enter a bid for an upgrade to Premium Economy. Luckily our bid was accepted before our departure and we had a very enjoyable, high comfort and excellent service flight home. In our opinion, the Premium Economy flights on AC...

Departure flight was more than 3 hours late. No explanation given. Many people missed connections. Returning flight was 1.5 hours late. Food was terrible. Was only served small dinner once on an international flight from Toronto to Berlin. Airline lost my luggage. There was no Air Canada representative or presence in the Berlin Airport. I was headed to a cruise....

The flight was on time, the onboarding was fast and smooth and the board-service a pleasure as always. The flight attendants did their best to fulfill even the smallest request of the passengers and were able to be of service in multiple languages. They even took the time to make a little small talk to improve their language skills in...

I'm not a big flyer so my experience is somewhat limited but overall the flight was good, timings very good. Glad to see the safety precautions involved when a thunderstorm rolled over the airport and we had to wait it out. No complaints from me! Would rather be delayed by 45 min than struck by lightning! It was foggy when...

As ever, all excellent flights. London to Toronto, then Toronto to Winnipeg, then Winnipeg and to Vancouver and finally Vancouver back to Heathrow. Very good service in Economy on first three flights and excellent in Business on final flight.

The Air Canada service from O'Hare Airport (in Chicago) to Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau (in Montreal) was good. The airport agents at the gate were not the friendliest, but they did get everything done efficiently and on time. The flight was smooth and comfortable even though the plane was a smaller size than we are used to taking.

This flight was on a United Airlines ticket that was a codeshare with Air Canada. The flight was fine -- reasonably comfortable seats, a very good entertainment system, and friendly cabin crew. It left a little late but arrived on time. The Calgary Airport has a new (opened a year ago) international terminal which has a really impressive passport control...
