The airplane was great. Clean, modern, lots of leg room. Staff friendliness was in very short supply. Everything had to be purchased - nothing complimentary except tea, coffee and water. Pretty poor. Staff were more concerned about your credit card purchases. Very stilted and uncaring. No option but to travel with them but would NOT do so by choice.

The most disgusting and dirty flight. It is a 15 hour flight you expect the plane to be comfortable and clean. The food was disgusting and the attitude of the staff on land was terrible.

I haven't always been thrilled with AirCanada service but on my last flight from London to Montreal I was impressed. In business class they have made the effort to greet passengers by name and give a more personalized service. The food was also very good. When compared to the South African Airlines leg of my trip to Cape Town, AirCanada...

As a Canadian living in the UK I am disgusted by our only international carrier. The flight attendants are always frumpish and stern due to clinging on for union purposes. I always go with aisle seats due to personal preference, but every time I have to go Air Canada for financial reasons the staff bump up and down every two...

Flights were on time. Crew was really enthusiastic and smiley. Bags did not get lost or damaged. At least the Montreal Cancun flight uses one of this big planes with two corridors, so it is a lot of people and it takes a while to board but not an issue for me. We like Air Canada :)

I made a booking with Air Canada where I made one booking for 2 people. I was first charged for the total price which was OK. However 1 day later I was charged again, but this time they had separated the total price into 2 transactions, where both had a transaction fee each. So with that I had been double...

We were weather delayed after boarding. When a 45 minute delay was extended to 90 because air traffic in YYZ would not let us leave YHZ due to a storm front moving through Ontario, the flight attendants went into action, making sure we had access to water. It is a small step, but so important in ensuring the comfort of...

I'm always surprised at the cost air travel in Canada. Everything is very expensive, even though I usually fly the off-brand partners of Air Canada (Jazz, Tango, Rouge). Small planes, small seats, no amenities. Yet, the prices are outrageous compared to a similar flight in the US. And my status on partner airlines doesn't transfer, even when I book a...
