I have flown a few times with Air France to China and they have always been on time. Staff are friendly and helpful, the food is good (by aeroplane standards) and the in-flight entertainment is also fine! Comfortable seats and we are always given nice complimentary items to use. I love their 'safety instructions' video which is a nice change...

I learned that I have been spoiled terrible by Delta and Air New Zealand. Seats were supposed to be lie flat, but I am taller than the seat. No flight attendants taking care of you. Food was marginal. I was thirsty most of the time and just wanted some water. On the plus side, they sounded wonderful when they spoke....

The seats in Premium Economy look far more comfortable than they are. They are not well padded and there is very limited incline. The cabin crew was indifferent, and while I do not fly for the meal, the food was inedible. For the return flight we bought bread, cheese and pate to take on the plane and were glad we...

Pleasant, efficient and affordable. Narrow seats and tight sitting was discomforting but was short flight. Boarding was fine and staff helpful

Flew from LA to Edinburgh with plane change in Paris. The long leg of the flight-LA to Paris was on a Boeing 777. We sat in Premium Econ. Sounds like an oxymoron. Nothing premium about it. The food was awful. The service was sparce and scarce. We sat in an emergency exit row at a bulk head so plenty of...

Had a great flight from check in to arriving at my destination. As my wife and I was nearing the end of a 3 week vacation our luggage was overweight, the agent at the ticket counter saw that my wife was travelling in a wheel chair arranged for assistance to the plane and when we arrived in Paris but also...

seats have narrowed, less cushioning for tushes, indifferent food with fancy names. Boarding process incoherent--why don't they board rear first so everyone not tripping over folks trying to stuff bags overhead, esp. on its. flights where too many carryons. Do not recommend; try Emirates for 1st class economy service.

Ground staff was top. Food was really nothing special : really bad risotto, wine was excellent, cabin staff was grumpy: the best is their safety video: first and only airline that got that right.

I flew from IAD to Charles de Gaulle on Sunday, September 17 for business. I had just purchased a new Briggs and Riley international carry-on, but was told by an agent that I would be unable to carry my luggage on board. The only other item that I had was a purse. I expressed my concern and elected to check...
