Flying business class is always a special treat and I particularly enjoy the savoir faire of the Air France ground and flight attendants. I would enjoy being able to lie even flatter in my seat - one tends to slide down off the head rest and the single pillow provided is not quite thick enough for proper neck support. However,...

I have travelled with AF for years and I recommend it to anyone and everyone. Best food ever, best service ever, best airline ever! One of their highlights is onboard sevices. Their vegetarian food is amazing. Their regular food is amazing. Even their simple breakfast is a great way to start the day. Once they even offered ice-cream between meals...

The flight was fully booked. A very crowded cabin with Algeriens carrying more hand luggage as necessary. Try to board early to get some place in the overhead lockers, if you need. No entertainment system is available. A small sandwich is served as well as drinks for free, which is sufficient for the 2.5 hours of flight. Cabin crew is...

Our flight was good as expected. The airplane (Boeing 747) was in a good condition. We paid extra for the seats by the emergency exit, but changed them an hour into the flight. There is no need to book those seats, because although you get extra leg room the seats lack places to put away your things. Regular seats are...

An average experience on our trip back to Wuhan. The + points : - Very nice flight attendants team - New bigger and better screens in the cabin - Excellent hilarious security video! The - points : - Seats are really old and in very bad shape. My arm rest was broken! - Food is not improving, truly not French...

From CDG to Lomé I flew Economy (premium) and for the trip back, we were upgraded to Business Class. Ok, Business Class is way way way better but I did not find any difference in how the crew handled you. Always polite, always helpful. They even understood my French

Booked this for several reasons. Flight timings were convenient, the fare was very good and my colleague and I planned to fly back to Paris together. The main leg to and from China from Paris is quite a long flight of almost 12 hours so I wasn't looking forward to having to do this in economy. On the outward journey...

To start with, the safety video is funny and catchy. I can't remember any other time I paid so much attention to it! The food and service is superb, way above standard plane food. Wine and cheese should be enough to keep everybody happy, right? The crew are very nice and approachable. Would definitely fly with them again.
