DO NOT TRAVEL WITH AIRNEWZAELAND
Horrible experience. Cancelled flight at the last moment, substitute flight scheduled 2 days later after my connecting flight would have already left. No refund, no recompense, no nothing. Money taken, no service rendered. Other airlines could fly according to schedule, AirNewZaeland could not due weather. I suppose it's not weather but god himself shedding tears over this sad excuse of an airline.…

Unclean aircraft
The flight is extremely dirty! I travelled with a toddler and noticed that it is almost unsafe the amount of dirt you can visibly see on the seat, overhead where the lights are, sides of the seat etc. service too was very average and the crew took their own time to attend to when called upon.…

Air NZ Cancels Flight Last Minute
Air NZ drops the ball yet again. Our flight from Napier to Auckland simply. Flight cancelled while en route to the airport. Technical issues with a plane happen, we get it. But send a new plane! Come on this is not a third world nation! Now rerouted via Christchurch only after spending time with your lovely staff ...... online message wasn't able to rebook us. Completely messed up all on our plans.... disappointed yet again in Air New Zealand's lack of decent service. They won't be winning any awards anytime soon. …

Don’t travel with kids
Flight attendants barely acknowledged us, had to keep trying to get their attention to even get a cup of coffee. Food and drinks are no longer complimentary, same as movies. To get a proper meal you have to do it while checking in and if you miss that part in the form there are no other options that are close to decent, and extremely overpriced. Entertainment is only tv series non of which start on the first season and the episode are sometimes not the same as the one it’s listed as. E.g there was a friends episode 2 from season 10 that was actually a random episode from the early season maybe season one. The airport was no better with longer lines for people with kids. It used to be that if you have young children you can go through faster but now it’s the opposite. IF YOU HAVE KIDS DONT TRAVEL WITH AIR NEW ZEALAND. …
