I booked in April to travel in November, got a good deal on a business class flight, in the middle of the day for myself and my wife. I also booked connecting flights hotels and hire car all coordinated with this flight time. 7 Days before travel I get an email saying my flight had been changed to an evening flight arriving at 1 am, because of time changes to my original flight. This was a lie, my original flight was still taking off at the same time, and the Air NZ website was taking bookings for economy seats on that flight. Air NZ lied to me , what Air NZ has done was sell my business class seats to someone else at a higher price, and dumped me and the wife on a red eye flight. Due to the need to travel at the original time, I had to downgrade my seats to economy. This is totally disgusting dishonest unethical behaviour. Your booking is not guaranteed with Air NZ, they can change it on you any time, and they do not care.…
