The service this Airline gives you is just amazing. The food is very good with plenty of choice. The cabin crew cannot help you enough, Sleep quality is brilliant with the new flat beds, the T.V is very easy to use and don't need a degree to use it unlike some other airlines. Would love to fly with you soon.

Air New Zealand to Wellington was a disappointing experience from the customer service staff at the airport in Sydney who were not very helpful, to the experience on board the flight. The seats were uncomfortable with very little leg room. The inflight service and food was only available if you had paid an additional inflated price. The staff on board...

On our round the world trip booked by Air New Zealand this was by far the best flight. The Premium economy was top rate, the food was very good, and the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. I felt that we were getting what we paid for, which was not the case in the other airlines we flew.

We were very excited to fly with Air NZ as they had just been rated #1 overall airline. We got on the plane to find the smallest seats we have ever had on an intl flight. There was no personal fan and the temperatures were always miserable for 14 hours. The food was horrendous. Finally we received no credit from...

We booked Air NZ after years of loyalty to Virgin however after years of accumulating many air miles I was still not able to use them with any satisfaction therefore I looked for a new carrier. Firstly Air NZ had received good customer feedback and actually scored higher than virgin in the customer ratings. And unbelievably there was a difference...

Air new zealand never fails to impress when it comes to their excellent service and spacious seats. I fly frequently with Air new zealand from Raro to auckland and never has there been one time i was ever unsatisfied. The service is always spot on and the seats themselves really make you feel like you've made the most for your...

Flight was pleasant, however seats could be more comfortable, although I am not a big person found the seats to be too cramp and uncomfortable to sleep on. Feel sorry for those who are much bigger. Food was okay and service was good.

This was truly an amazing flight. I had been in Perth attending my brother's funeral. The staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to make my journey as pleasant as possible. The in-flight entertainment was great and the plane was clean and tidy with lots of overhead locker space.
