International
Premium economy to Singapore (and return from there) as part of a longer journey to Tanzania. This class on Air NZ compares more than favourably to the same on Singapore Airlines - more room, comfier seats , better food and a free amenities kit. All round better value for money.

We purchased 3 economy seats for their sky couch. It is really cramped and not for 2 adults just one. We paid over 8 k and later learned that we accrued zero points as they don’t give points for that ticket class. They didn’t tell us in advance. A total rip off.

Very disappointing as the air hostest gave everybody food except me. Admittedly I did book seat only BUT in all their advertising they say they will provide a snack. Unfortunately nothing was offered. Disappointing
