My wife and I flew ATN from LAX to PPT for a week of vacation in Bora Bora. First, recognize that airline options to Tahiti are limited primarily to Air France and Air Tahiti Nui (ATN). The disadvantage to AF is that flights are limited and only offered a couple times a week to Tahiti during most seasons. On the...

As we thought, most people are traveling on their honeymoon so don't expect to be THAT special couple. There's a reason Bora Bora is what it is after all. My expectations for an 8 hour flight were a bit higher. They unfortunately use the older planes for this leg of travel and the air circulation was quite poor. Highly recommend...

Great late night flight. No turbulence, which I don't like. Great service and larger than normal seats.

we flew to Tahiti for a long expected vacation, we arrived to the boarding area in LAX just to realize that this is going to be "challenging"... first the whole area was noisy like a market with the ground crew adding to the disorder. the flight was delayed by at least 1 hour. the plane was ok not very comfortable...

This was the first time I flew on this airline and chose it because it maximized the use of flyer miles and reduced the cost of my flight to Paris. Exceptional service both ways even on a horribly long 11+ hour flight to Paris and back. The staff we’re outstanding, friendly, and extremely professional. On the way back to LAX...

I was not familiar with Air Tahiti Nui and had never flown them. We flew their Business Class (no First Class available) because of the long flights back to Philadelphia from French Polynesia. The agent for check-in was excellent. The seats were the best designed seats I have ever seen: comfortable, easy to maneuver. The plane service was excellent; food...

Difficult checkin when the agent insisted that all carryons (including purses, bags etc.) weigh no more than 12kg total, which was contrary to our tickets on Qantas (it was a codeshare flight). We had to check our bags, but luckily they were not damaged. The flight itself was fine (good service from the onboard staff), though the food provided was...

Their A340s are quite good and business class is more than adequate for a short flight. I would not like this airline's business class offering for any overnight/long flights though. The seats are angled lie-flat and the screens are a tad on the small side these days. The rosé champagne and wines are decent as is most of the food...

My family & I really enjoyed flying with ATN. The planes were very nice, they had the tv screens in front of seat with a large selection of movies, both new & old so your entertained for the long flight. The seating space in economy was fine, I’ve been on tighter seats in US based airlines. The food was not...

I booked this flight as part of a recent trip to Bora Bora. I was a bit concerned about comfort after reading reviews about this flight, but was pleasantly surprised. While the Air Tahiti Nui website will provide you a package with connections through to Bora Bora at a slight discount (around $75), I opted to book them separately to...
