Have travelled with air transat many times.... it is my airline of choice. They were on time and service was friendly and efficient. I always check if air transat is available for my destination.

We reluctantly flew Air Transat from Toronto to Greece after having a bad experience with them a few years back. They booked us from Toronto to Montreal to Athens and from Athens to Montreal to Toronto on our return flight. We were significantly delayed leaving Toronto because they waited for a few passengers, which then caused us to be late...

Air Transat is consistent in it's service and reliability. Cabin crew is of high quality. Travelers should be aware of the streamlining of both Immigration and Customs procedures at airports utilising technology. It can be frustrating on first sight, but 'human ' help is usually at hand.

Transat is the typical budget airline, like ryanair to us Brits. don't expect too much and you may be surprised and get a fabulous experience or the opposite. We flew from Manchester to Toronto, had a one hour delay, poor food and only one drink but had spare seats so room to spread out. The headphones and blankets are not...

Try to avoid the bulkhead seats on the sides. Between you and club class is a damn curtain that is always in the way whenever the fa’s walk thru it! Also because the tray table and tv screen is under the armrest, the width of the seat is reduced and the armrest cannot be lifted upwards.

I've never been let down by Air Transit. Friendly staff. Any delays/issues are explained in a timely manner - excellent communication with passengers. Very efficient boarding process. Check in has always been no problem.

no problem from the service side from personnel but the seating is not comfortable for long travel. You need to get up and walk to keep from getting stiff. Also, the food or lack of, even though we were in economy, we expected a bare minimum in food quality and it was NOT there. The company is asking $25.00 to...

With an hour delay we departed from Amsterdam. However we arrived almost at the right time. Service on board was reasonable. But sufficient.

We flew from Vancouver to Amsterdam and got some amazing treatment. The boys are 9 and 10 and I singed them up for the free kids club. They get free luggage tags and some coupons to use in the plane. They end up getting priority boarding and the whole team really go out of their way to make the kids...

What a difference a crew makes! Flying there everything was fine. Flying back, people wouldn't take their seats and no one seemed to know what to do, certain crew members were very rude to several passengers. The food was awful! Both there and back we were served a frozen pasta salad and coming back the ginger chicken was inedible.
