When I asked for a tissue I have been told to get it from toilet. Is this a joke ? Secondly I asked for water and when the water delivered I have been told to say thank you for the same hostess. But I didnt want to thank because of the previous behaviour .

Good quality and value airline. I´ve traveled a dozen times with them and usually on time and good aircraft. No free meals or entertainment system for flights of a duration of 2 hours or less.

Plane was quite new and clean. Not crowded. Crew was friendly. I guess not crowded is a bad thing for the airline but it is a great thing for passengers. I've taken this route quite a few times and it is rarely crowded. I'm small so legroom is rarely a problem for me.

I am a frequent traveler. On January 10, 2016 I was supposed to board my flight to New York at 9:45 a.m. The flight had a delay of over 6 hours. We boarded after 4 p.m. Stuff happens, we all know that, but what bugs me is that the staff never clearly told us why the flight was delayed. They...

Flights with AB can be like night and day: Flight to Europe was actually rather pleasant, i.e. nice meal of turkey with cranberries (as it was on Thanksgiving day), and friendly FAs happy to come around with drinks. Flight back to NYC was absolutely horrible: from the moment we were bussed to the plane (which for 300+ people took forever),...

If you fly out of any German city try airberlin. Have been flying couple of times with this airline and best thing is, that snack and drink is included in the flight. Also seats and legroom is OK. At the end of the flight you even get a chocolate heart, nice!
