I tend to enjoy the smaller aircraft on the leg SEA to FCA. It tends to take me back to an earlier era, and still, it was quite comfortable. Boarding passengers both in front and in back is a plus. It is a bit annoying that their carry on size limits are just slightly smaller, by an inch or two,...

The flight took off around 10 pm local time and landed around 7 am local time, so basically the definition of a red eye. The crew did a great job still providing quality service while keeping the lights dim and the announcements minimal to allow passengers the ability to get some rest.

I usually travel for business with another airline but this time the best deal was through Alaska Airline. The check in service was fast and the kiosk didn’t give me so much headache like others. The flight was on time, the leg room for the economy class was larger, and there was an electrical outlet in each seat. I didn’t...

Great flight!! We normally fly out of Canada and our experience flying out of the US was great! Alaska Air was on time for both flights and the plane was clean and comfortable. We appreciated how they offered to check carry on luggage for free in order to open up more space in the overhead compartments for others. Would definitely...

We upgraded to the premium seats for the flight segment Portland to San Diego. Alaska advertises "starting at $15" , cost us a lot more. Not sure when the $15 applies..... For the price we paid I actually thought there would be a TV/Monitor in the back of the seat ahead of us. Had a delay in getting out of...

Flighing from Portland to JFK on their 737-800 was very uncomfortable, but coming home on their 737-900 was sooo much better. Service was great. Same crew moved over to our Seattle to Spokane flight. Very good.

Where do I begin...this was a first time experience with issues with Alaska Airlines. Wife had emergency surgery to repair dislocated and fractured ankle. Had to fly home and have flown Alaska in the past so went to them. First call told not special accommodations, which I think the Customer Service person may have thought I was asking for a...

I flew to Fort Lauderdale to join my sister for a cruise to the Bahamas, afterwards we went to her friends beach condo near Orlando. I contacted Alaska to change my departure airport and was told it would cost over $500, more than the original round trip! I then found a United flight from Orlando to Seattle using some miles...
