I have taken several trips on Alaska Airlines and have always had good service. I foolishly assumed all airlines were like Alaska. I recently discovered this is not the case. I flew on another airline and was not very pleased with the customer service, the additional charges for specific economy seats, or the smaller overhead baggage space. I will continue...

We flew from Philly to Seattle while traveling on vacation. This was our first flight on Alaska airlines (we live on the east coast). We had seen good reviews for the airline and we were not disappointed.

I had a very nice flight to and from Santa Barbara airport. The people are friendly and hustled to get us out on time, and I like being on time. I liked the Belgian cookie-biscuit (outbound) way better than the pretzels (homebound).

Alaska lets you check in and print luggage tags as well as boarding passes to ease that process. Friendly and helpful flight attendants. And a great mileage plan encourages repeat business. Competitive prices of course.

Early-morning flight from Palm Springs to San Francisco was a wonderful experience. First flight out of town that day, and had no complaints at all. Check in was a breeze. Flight was short and sweet. Crew was professional and accommodating. Return flight from SFO to PSP was just as good. 62 minute flight from gate to gate. I always have...

Me and my children took this flight last minute, I have to say it was the best decision I ever made, from booking on the phone to check in last minute it was the smoothest, friendly, and hassle free experience I had. My children was comfortable and happy as well.

We always book a flight thru Alaska.Great membership program.Very good service.Always gives away snacks and drinks. They even gave free red wine and beer when we flew from SEATAC to Reno. Plus saving us lots, for free companion flights and points savings. They are not as strict with luggages, they just let you thru. Definitely love Alaska Airlines.

Great customer service as always. The flight attendants were friendly and attentive. There's the customary drink before take-off and good hot breakfast sandwich with fresh fruit. The business seats are wide and comfortable; the legroom is little more than the economy class legroom, but I'll take it. Good comfortable flight.

Fantastic service, always on time and never have to search for someone to provide information. There really is no comparison in the United States for this level of competency in an airline.

Cheapest for a one-way flight LVS to Seattle and have never enjoyed budget airlines so a little apprehensive. But booking process smooth, pre-flight check-in and email reminders worked well and when we turned up to drop bags, the attendant helped with the entire process and also tagged our bags Priority too. On board, the kids were also given some Alaska...
