This was a comfortable flight and the staff provided good service. There was plenty of leg room and the seat had a comfortable amount of space. The staff provided a good level of service with a light snack and drink service.

We flew out to Seattle on United and flew back on Alaska. A nice difference for sure! Seat room was much better and I didn't have a computer screen 6 inches from my face like on United! I wish they flew out more and at more convenient times, but I will certainly fly them when I can over United. Stewardesses...

This airline takes good care of you! They generally operate on time and hassle free! If you're MVP they don't charge for baggage fees!

This was a nice flight. The seats were comfortable and the flight staff gave good service. There was a limited beverage service with a light snack. I have flown Alaska several times and enjoyed my experience each time.

Alaska is the airline that specializes in splitting you from your travel mates. For some reason, I can book a ticket months in advance and still always get a middle seat separated from my companion. Traveling out of Seattle is the worst because they are the only game in town, which means *everyone* has status on this airline. You are...

I had an extremely short connection in Seattle that I was afraid I would miss, but my connecting flight to San Jose ended up being directly adjacent to my arrival gate. My flight from Seattle to San Jose was very spacious and comfortable, although the flight attendants were a little less friendly than usual during the service. There was a...

This flight was a result of a re routed United flight (due to delays on United) and both my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the flight and the service provided by Alaska. We used their lounge in Seattle and found the service there to be friendly and the lounge itself clean and comfortable. Thanks Alaska.

As the services and quality of other airlines continue to diminish, Alaska has maintained their high standards of customer service. While most other airlines have cut the mileage amount assigned for trips, Alaska continues to offer full mileage for your flights rather than a percentage. In addition, if you have an Alaska Air Visa card, there is no charge for...

I've actually flown Alaska Airlines several times since I moved to Idaho a few months ago, and really find it to be a great airline. They take great care of you and work really hard to help when you have a problem. But mostly I haven't had a lot of problems, that's the real key, they actually fly all their...

Horizon Airlines, a part of Alaska Airlines, flies turboprop planes all through the Pacific Northwest. These planes are tiny to begin with but Horizon Airlines' seating is even smaller in size than the bigger airlines! There is no way for an AVERAGE person to sit side by side in those rows without elbowing your neighbor. Those rows should be THREE...

About Alaska Airlines
The seventh-largest airline in the United States, Seattle-based Alaska Airlines (AS) flies to about 100 destinations in the United States, Mexico and Canada. As the name implies, it's a major carrier in the state of Alaska, flying to about 20 large and small destinations throughout the state. The airline has four hubs: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), Portland International Airport (PDX), Seattle–Tacoma International Airport (SEA) and Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (ANC). Most of its aircraft operate with two classes of service: First Class and Economy Class. Passengers flying in First Class have access to the airline's lounge, known as the Board Room, which has locations at about 20 airports.
