The flight was on time and uneventful. I require the use of a wheelchair and was treated very nice. I fly Alaska 90% of the time and have not been disappointed!

This was our First Flight this year on Alaska. Our experience Right from Check in at Seattle to Claiming or luggage at Dulles was pleasant and Smooth. All the Flight Attendants were Courteous and made the Long Flight less monotonous with frequent serving of beverages with a Smile. Though we did not buy Snack Boxes ,it seems to be popular...

I traveled Economy on the way to IAD, but took a last minute recommended upgrade on the flight home and it was fabulous (and it was a VERY reasonable price to do so)! Always nice to get a little bonus from an airline nowadays!

Alaska "blowing up" west of The River has been great! Finally a good choice of NON-stops at great prices w/ great service. One especially nice thing is Alaska's hisotrically low extra fee ($25) for unaccompanied minors. Even their baggage costs are reasonable compared to DA, AA, UA, etc. -- & they do equally-fine job w/ "u-m" pax.

The Incoming Flight from Seattle was late by Fifteen Minutes. However the Flight Departed in time and landed in Seattle Twenty Minutes earlier. The Boarding was a Breeze. In Flight Service was excellent. The best part I like in Alaska is their Luggage Handling. It is in the Belt in Twenty Minutes An Airline to Fly in US>

It isn't often I am surprised by Airline Service, most range from tolerable to Average, but Alaska Airlines seems to understand what it means to be a passenger. First, it was the best price, with a great non-stop flight from Tampa to Seattle. New Plane, USB ports at every seat (Boeing 737). Great accommodating staff. My only semi-knock would be,...

I didn't travel on this flight. It was purchased for my son who moved to the Seattle, WA area. We were able to get a nonstop flight out of Raleigh but not Charlotte or Greensboro, so were chose to take him to Raleigh even though we drove 2-3 hours there. He had a great flight and we will definitely use...

I really hate flying, but Alaska Airlines is bringing the joy back. Full flight as always but the crew was friendly and made the long trip comfortable. They smiled and made several trips with snacks and drinks. They offered a tablet with movies that made the time go by faster. The seating area was clean and the seats very comfortable....
