What a scam. Checked in online to allegiant flight, website clearly stated that I can print boarding pass free of charge at the airport kiosk or for $5 with the agent. When I arrived at RNO airport, there was no kiosk to be found. Asked allegiant agent about it and she said that she can print one at the check...

With great trepidation, I booked this flight from just outside of Charlotte to Fort Lauderdale. American Airlines charges more than double the price from CLT. The airport in Concord is a temporary structure with an outside trailer for bathrooms. And you walk out on the tarmac to board the plane. The plane itself is an Airbus A320 and the flight...

I wasn't expecting the changes in flying . It now costs for a carry on bag. 35 dollars and I think it is up to 60 dollars for a checked baggage . There's also a cost for assigned seats which I believe is 35 dollars also. I know that the airline is trying to save money , but geèzz. I...

I was very satisfied with my latest trip on Allegiant Air. It was a direct flight, both ways. It was not cold in the plane like it was on my previous flight. Had a family emergency and had to book it one day and fly out the next day. Cost more, but it was still a whole lot cheaper than...

Booked a flight, then had a medical emergency. They would not give me a voucher for later use or refund my money. Out of $255, they gave me a $30.00 credit. What a sorry airline. Guess they really need the money. The women I spoke to told me that if I had taken out the trip insurance which was very...

A routine flight turned into one long day recently. We were upset at being loaded and then unloaded from our plane, given little in the way of food or beverage to smooth our feathers and the staff did not rise to the occasion in my opinion. Upon further reflection, I must credit the pilot who found oil leaking from the...

Un freakin believable. I hope you won't need a glass of water, or to use the bathroom. Flight attendants act like privileged spoiled children, not paying attention to any passengers. Seats are small and hard and narrow. I will NEVER EVER NEVER EVER fly again on this ghetto airline. SHAME ON THEM. I had a woman with a baby next...

So, I have flown on Allegiant out of Punta Gorda may times in the last 10 years. This is a SMALL airport, but is growing. In the past, I was able to arrive 1 hour prior to departure without issue. this time, I was traveling with my daughter, and 5yr old and 6 month old grandkids. We had issues and...

We take this company ALL THE TIME! It has great prices! They beat ALL of the other companies, hands down! The Schedule is always great hours... we never once had delays with them. The only little down side is that there is no tv... so bring magasines, books, i-pads or i-pods.... The planes are small, but very clean!

This was my first time ever flying at age 55.Thank the Lord it was a straight flight. Was with my sister. The ride down had some turbulence but the way back home was a gorgeous day and a beautiful window view. The staff were very friendly. The flight was approximately 1 1/2 hours. We were there before we knew it....
