Baggage badly damaged!!

Our suitcases where returned to us badly damaged please see attached pictures for your reference. These were brand new suitcases we brought especially for our trip. They weren't even supposed to go in the hold as we only required cabin luggage for our trip, but we kindly gave them up after an announcement was made explaining that the flight was very full and they required passengers to do this if possible, so we did without the hesitation and this is the state we get them back in? I feel very let down and disappointed by this and wish I'd never let them leave our sides. Also 1 cabin crew member was very rude during our flight and my sons entertainment system wasn't working so had to be rebooted. I wanted to make a official complaint regarding our baggage rather than put all this on here. But due to their online automated system and only having 7 days to claim for damaged baggage (it was literally Christmas when we arrived back so didn't get round to it) it was made impossible and this seems my only option left!

American airlines supervisor and staff at JFK (day shift) were inconsiderate and refused to gate checkin our compact collapsible wagon we use to carry our toddler along with carry on baggages. While all other airlines (qatar airways, Indigo)were very helpful at multiple airports during the same travel week.

It was terrible and then I had to find out on Google to do a review because I didn't send one to my email I always get a

First of all we had so many delays I only did we have delays they also told us that we had a 20 minutes maintenance problem so then they told us to get off the plane We got off the plane waited another 40 minutes Got back on the plane and then we waited another 20 minutes for them to tell us that they were out of gas and then when they were out of gas then we had another problem where they said that the pollen couldn't drive us that we had to switch pilots and then we made it waited another 20 minutes because they couldn't find the pilot and so we were late for a lot of stuff me and my sisters we all went on this trip this was a terrible trip as far as getting there and then on the way back you did the same thing you know Y'all got to do better Y'all got to do better I think that y'all should give us at least half credit or something back because this was terrible we missed a lot of things fooling with y'all We have to wait to get her rental car because they had to put it in the garage because we was laid and and all that stuff it's just it's just crazy stuff that was happening and that's why I don't fly on American then I would never fly on American again Y'all need to make this better for us this was not good at all this was one of the worst of flying trip that I have ever took in my life and I know you're not going to do anything about it because y'all don't care The people on your plane do not care and I told the lady I have to use the bathroom and she would not listen to me so I got up and told her I had to use the bathroom and she been smoke with me I'm trying to get her attention the whole time and she's on her phone sitting down she was on her phone the whole time so y'all need to do something about this this is just crazy. And then we didn't have a seat for the next flight because they said we wouldn't checked in and we was checked in and then they had to find us a seat they barely found us a seat this is crazy We was checked in You only supposed to check in once crazy

Horrible trip with American Airlines!

What a nightmare with American Airlines! I gate check my bag, and when I land, the bag has had a wheel severed! Then baggage claim office is not open. I call customer service, and they tell me the bag has to be taken back to the airport. I go back the next day, and they tell me “wheels are not covered!” And now I am headed back, make it in time for an earlier flight, and am told that I cannot get on the stand by list because I am under the 45 mins limit to make a change to the flight, even though the flight has seats! I am a 2M flier with American, and this is how I have been treated. God help the rest of you fliers!
