ANA, or All Nippon Airways (NH), is a Japanese airline headquartered in Tokyo. It flies to about 50 destinations within Japan and 32 international destinations in Asia, Europe and North America. ANA operates hubs at Tokyo's Haneda Airport (HND) and Narita International Airport (NRT), and secondary hubs at Osaka's Kansai International Airport (KIX) and Chūbu Centrair International Airport (NGO). The airline has several subsidiaries, including regional airline ANA Wings, and low-cost carriers Air Do and Vanilla Air. This is the worst airline company in the world. I can say that because I've flown many airlines. They should be sued and not allowed to fly. I could not fit in the seat or put my seat belt on. For context I have never had this issue with any other airline. They don't care. They literally knew I couldn't wear seat belt and let me fly without one. The flight Attendant did not care. They lie and say the flight is full when they can put you in business class for safety reasons. Food was horrible, Service was bad. They are a horrible company and it looked like a good deal flying with them but it was a nightmare. I'd rate them a negative 1000. Even the bad airlines like Spirit or Frontier that people talk about are better than this. I literally got off plane with hip, back, and buttox pain. I complained to costumer service to rectify the issue for flight back. They didn't give two .... They now have given me a belt extender but the bigger issue is I can't fit in seat. Other planes I do not have this issue. There only response was buy business class. Which is like 10k and the worst. If flying to Japan find another airline. The extra $200 is worth it. Or any other company. Cuz this ain't it. I'm still livid. Don't say I didn't warn you. Most ppl complained about flight Even if they fit it was still super uncomfortable. No leg room, no seat room. Just plain awful. I will never fly with them again.

The selfservice machine had an error while we were dropping off our baggage so we had to go to a manual counter. The baggage drop at that counter took us 30 mins although we had already checked in online and in the end we were charged 20.000¥ because one suitcase was 7 cm too big. Can‘t recommend this airline to anyone if you expect to reach your flight on time or have good customer service.

Terrible service at the airport. It was impossible to get an upgrade to Business class at the Beijing airport for a flight leg from Beijing to Tokyo. Tried at the counter and at the gate with no luck. Extremely disappointed with ANA. I have always consider them very good, but today they were not useful, neither flexible at all. I couldn’t even pay for an upgrade!

Food quality was bad, not fresh , cold and no options to choose. Customer service is okay. Legroom and seating are small and cramped.
