Cabin crew were extremely friendly, first time I have ever seen this - before take off they each came around the aisle and thanked / welcomed everyone onboard. Quick complementary beverage service which was standard. Aircraft was nice (A320) with good leg room and storage space. Nothing special and no complains for short haul.

My mom and took Asiana airlines to go visit our family in the Philippines. We took Korean airlines last time and it was great. This airline is equally the same. Everything from the food to service of the flight attendants was great. I also took this airline because it gave me the opportunity to ride on an Airbus A380 as...

Good service on new A350. The A350 is a new aircraft that is less noisy inside and also more humid making it less dry. Service is good, food is much better than other airline especially the Korean selection (bimbimbap) that comes in real ceramic ware and real metal spoons. Slippers also provided. Selection of movies was okay with some new...

My flight from Frankfurt to Incheon was quite comfortable on an A380 and I flew in a Business class, seated on the upper deck. The food and beverage offered were of average quality; I noticed that no Champagne was offered before the take-off (used to it from Swiss and Lufthansa). The flight attendants were attentive and very professional. Unfortunately, the...

This was my second time to fly with Asiana Airlines and both times have been great. The attendants are always checking on you and it seems like you never have periods that you can not find anyone if you desire something like so many of the overseas airlines. The feed you a lot and taste is great for airline food....

When I arrived at LAX for my flight, I was informed that the outbound first leg aircraft was late and the flight was delayed approximately 4 hours. Since my turn around time in ICN was about 2 hours, that meant that I would miss the ICN to MNL leg. The agent told me that Asiana would put me up in...

Asiana had a summer sale on Business Class, which made the upgrade affordable and I'm glad I did it! Five stars for the privacy of my single seat on the right-side aisle and the delicious food choices for a fish-eating vegetarian: marinated shrimp appetizer with a mixed seafood entree and a delightful cheese course before the fresh fruit and chocolate...
