We flew several times with Bangkok airways between Cambodia Vietnam and Thailand. Flights always on time and smooth. Every time our request for room for the legs was granted. At destination luggage was always there on arrival.

It may cost a little more but the short flight from Bangkok to Siem Reap takes all the heat and pain out of trawling overland. Bangkok departures is now a world class airport with high speed access. The journey lasts just over 40 mins during which the cabin crew supply a quick tasty snack and drink. No fuss or delay...

I wasn’t expecting much after our Jetstar flight from Singapore to Phuket jammed in like sardines but could not believe my eyes when boarding Bangkok Airway’s flight. The legroom looked like what I imagine it did before budget airlines crammed in additional seats to maximise profits at the expense of passenger comfort. Service, food and comfort were also excellent and...

Recently we traveled Singapore/Koh Samui/Singapore with Bangkok Airways on their A 319 aircraft. This turned out to be a very enjoyable flight sequence in our experience. The flight departed on time ex Singapore & was of about 1hour 20 in duration. The inflight service was excellent & we were given meals which were very nice considering the short duration of...

The plane left on time etc. But wow the food was awful. Could not actually describe what the food was suppose to be! A mush of brown rice and chicken! Tasted awful. This is the first time I have flown with this airline and will be the last! Awful food, no entertainment...

Actually this is best regional airlines 2017 by skytrax but for this routes their services disappointed. 1. Don’t expect they have lounge at international terminal Bangkok airways always give lounge for their passengers both economy or business class. If you flying this routes check in at international terminal and back to domestic terminal to enjoy the lounge, and you must...

Really nice flight. One check in were asked if we wanted extra legroom seats and were also told about the lounge for all passengers. The lounge has cakes, lots of drinks and a few snacks but also free WiFi. It’s a calm place to sit and relax while waiting for a flight. The flight was great; crew did a great...

Excellent experience from check to picking up luggage in Koh Samui. Check in experience was flawless and very professional, plenty of places to eat at Phuket airport and although it was a small plane, the cabin crew were perfectly polite and highly professional. Flight departed and landed on time. All round a perfect experience.

For such a reasonable price you get great comfort and courtesy corner with snacks and fresh juice and coffee. The food on a plane is also very good and the service is fast and smooth. The flight is a delight!

We traveled within Thailand always by Bangkok Airways. From Bangkok to Chiang Mai back to Bangkok and then down to Krabi. All flights were smooth and pleasant. The seats are a bit worn oit but since it’s all just 1-1,5 hour flights it doesn’t bother us. We were served food on each of these flights but only took the water...
