Headquartered in Bangkok, the airline's primary hub is Suvarnabhumi Airport (SVV) and secondary hubs are Phuket International Airport (HKT) and Chiang Mai International Airport (CNX). The airline's fleet includes some planes configured with both Economy Class and Business Class cabins. However, most of its aircraft are configured with only an Economy Class cabin.
