I am a frequent flyer with BA between London and Belfast, London/Atlanta and on this occasion London to Bangkok. I upgraded to business class for the long flight and although it was an expensive upgrade the ability to sleep for a few hours it was almost worth it, This flight was fine although it was an older plane so the...

The title had told the story. I got the email notification on 18:00 while to hotline call closed at 17:00. It took a lot of calls and efforts to communicate both BA and its connecting flight (Malaysia Airline). On the email they suggest to call the hotline, but it was closed. How ridiculous it is. Fortunately, BA is in Star...

When I made my booking, the whole trip was in Premium Economy. This is the class where you get more space between rows and a slightly bigger seat. It is more expensive than regular economy and would not be worth it except on long haul flights of 10 to 11 hours, especially if you have two of these back-to-back.The additional...

747 was in need of a refubishment. No USB port, entertainment system was clunky and screen was fuzzy at times. Music selection was poor. Food was on the good side of ok.

First leg was British Airway and second leg was Cathay. All very good. My only advice is to have a good and tasty meal before boarding. There are many good eating outlets airside at both London and Hong Kong. Then you can board and go to sleep and not worry about the poor quality airline food.

I starting flying British Airways over 10 years ago and it is still my favorite airline. The best way to travel across the pond is in business class. Your first response is "I can't afford that!" Yes you can. Get yourself a BA VISA card, start collecting Avios points, and when you spend enough in one year, they award you...

Except for Catania airport, the experience was fine. Fontanarossa airport is chaotic, crowded, inefficient and dirty (Good cappuccino though!) even to the point of stuffing passengers onto a bus to take us to the plane and then having us wait an inexplicably long time on the full bus before heading to the plane. The British Airways service was fine, though,...

BA 747 only had one vent for whole row. Food was ok. Flight crew very friendly. AA 777 much nicer in this class although flight crew can be iffy.
