I used Tiger a few years ago for a short flight and wasn't really concerned about the quality, but the low cost, I thought at the time how awful and cramped it was. This time, I chose it as I had heard that it was much nicer. This is true. There is a lot more legroom than there was before,...

Was looking for a cheap way to get back to Melbourne from Perth. Tiger Air was the cheapest in comparison to the other airlines. This was during school holidays so convenient to catch a Saturday day flight. The flight boarded and left a few minutes before its scheduled departure time. The staff were friendly and helpful. This was my second...

Flew to Brisbane with Jetstar in the morning and was flying back to Sydney that night with Tiger Airways. It was the first time I was to fly with Tiger and they cancelled the flight via text and email. I immediately called customer service which is based in the Philippines and waited 15 minutes for someone to answer the phone....

We were supposed to take Tigerair from Melbourne to Sydney 21-07-1018. The departure time was 8:00am, and we got an email says our flight was cancelled due to engineering requirements at 6:00am, while we were already on the way to the airport. When we got there, there was a long que about 100m. Tigerair unhelpful staff, they were not helping...

We live in a rural city and have family in Coffs Harbour. It's easy for us to get to Melbourne and Tiger offers several direct flights to Coffs Harbour every week. It suits us well.

After a 3 hour drive we arrived at Sydney airport (on time) with our 7 y/o son only to be told the flight was oversold (common practice for Tiger) and we had to wait 3hrs for a Virgin flight to get home. I was too exhausted to argue. We were give 80 meal vouchers (would have preferred my home cooked...

The staff where friendly and in good spirits considering the long day they had. Flight was delayed over 3 hours because of fog in the morning. Tigerair did not offer anything whilst wait for this delayed flight where other budget airlines at least offered coffee.

The crew where friendly and the flight went without incident. The only complaint I have is with the seats which gave me a sore back, I was just glad it was only an hour and a half flight. Any longer and I would of needed painkillers. The plane was clean (didn't use the restrooms) and departure was close to on...

It was one of the cheapest flights to choose from and it was just fine. It left at a reasonable time, on time. The staff were great and friendly. We were offered food that you had to pay for but it was there as an option anyway. Just as much leg room as other air lines and the seats were...
