I was expecting quite a poor airline going from the reviews I had read. But for me it was quite good. I found it to be comfy with regards to the seat etc. Service was a little poor, they need to try harder to be more accomadating

The worst airline we've ever flow in. Time, food and service sucks, they are all like robots, no smile, rude. the travel agent called us a day before and told us that our flight have being change to another date, with no compensation from the airline with delay after delay. I would pay an extra $2,000.00 to choose Cathay Pacific...

Dated business class cabin. The plane looked old and tired. The cabin had not been cleaned thoroughly. The flight attendants were nice enough, but paid auite a bit more attention to the Chinese passengers. No power outlets. But they fly they only non stop from the West coast to Nanjing.

Very pleasurable flight. Lounge was relaxing in SF, staff escorted Business Class passengers onto the aircraft. Flight staff was friendly and accommodating. Aircraft was a 777 with herringbone pod lay flat seats. Highly recommend this airline.

UPDATE. The airline cancelled our flight. I did not accept their prompt refund. I contacted my travel agent to fix the issue. Was it an ordeal? ABSOLUTELY! Did it get fixed? YES! I was re-booked with a 25 hour layover both ways. My response? Request a hotel both ways. After 3 months of repeated "Stopover Paid by Carrier Airline" (SPCA)...

This was very poor experience, compared to my previous experiences. Check in was ok. The boarding pass did not indicate my Diamond medallion status. So no early boarding! The thin seats were the worst for the 14+ he flight to PVG. The service on board was abysmal. The crew was lazy, saying no to everything They simply disappeared behind closed...
