Nothing too much trouble and an overall good experience. Friendly staff, speedy check-in with more than one check-in desk open (which I hadn't expected after recent experience with another low-cost airline) Able to pre-book extra leg room seats with no hassle for a small fee. Baggage fees a little excessive but when you look at the low cost of the...

Flight on time, crew was nice and helpful. The food was fresh and not over priced (about 5€ for hot cocoa and muffin).

Having flown from Gatwick over 100 times and most of the time with easyjet, I can not complain, First class service, with only one little niggle. Since allocating seats, why when boarding do they load low numbered seats first. If you load the seats at the back first, then the plane would load quicker, and without negotiating people trying to...

A three hour flight with efficient boarding and embarkation......well done guys. Check in was odd in that we were told NOT to peal off the tag which would enable me to identify my on board baggage had it been mislaid. Other passengers were told this also.

The weather was not good flying into Amsterdam and also returning to Glasgow. The weather was expected to be really bad on landing in Glasgow and we expected to be delayed. We arrived back in Glasgow with no problem. Flight was fine.

As it says on the tin...no frills, nothing special..clean aircraft, crew helpful. There is always an air of business hustle and bustle and the feeling that its all been said before, but the crew remain polite and proffesional

EasyJet provided the cheapest flight we could find. And we know why. We expected checked luggage to cost something, but we also expected water to be free during a 3 hour flight (almost 4 if you include the delay). We were surprised to find the seats nonadjustable in every way. No form of in-flight entertainment was provided at all (budget...

I always (when possible) fly with Easyjet and my flight home from Reykjavik on Sunday 31st January reinforced why I think they are simply the best :) Yes they are a 'no frills' airline but in my opinion they have the best pilots of any airline I have flown with throughout my worldwide travelling. The weather conditions in Bristol on...

Seen plenty of long queues to and from London Gatwick to avoid Easyjet where possible. Have flown with ej a number of times over the past year and quite a few have been late to leave and arrive. Justification varies. Unfortunately, after this flight I have seen enough and have to leave a 1* rating. The flight was just under...
