I had a comfortable trip with good legroom, water offered throughout, tidy washroom and good soap supplies. The meals were good, movie selection varied and the attendants were pleasant and cheerful. The gate waiting areas had some water and newspapers which was nice. Overall....good price, good magazine inflight and modern airplane. I would recommend. (sound system for pilot comments did...

Flying in the premium economy, or economy elite, is definitely worth the 40 or 50% extra, for the bigger seats and good service. Not as much 'service' as in business class, but when you are flying from midnite til dawn, one does not need a drink refilled every 2 minutes! Perhaps the seats are not quite as large as business,...

It was a chance to experience another airline with transpacific routes. For the longest time, we have been loyal CX fliers but this airline now offers fares at least half that of CX to North America. They had new cabin crew on my flight to and from Taipei, so I don't know if they were purposefully doing openly discernible training...

It was my first time flying with this Taiwanese airline and I was very impressed with the blankets! Other airlines have blankets that are very prone to static electricity but this one feels more like almost a bedsheet! I was asleep for the dinner but the breakfast was very agreeable with a choice between Western and Chinese food. The tea...

Tall people suffer in the air, especially on long flights, but EVA's Business Class provided plenty of leg room and lay flat space for tall people. Having flown EVA's Premium Economy two years ago, I realized the average Chinese person is not 6' tall. When reclining my chair, there wasn't room for my feet, and the flight ended up being...

Was a little worried having not really heard of the airline. However, we had two great flights- lots of leg room, excellent punctuality, good food! Would use them again without hesitation.

I have flown EVA for almost 10 years and it is by far one of my most favorite airlines to fly. The planes are always clean and fresh. This make a huge difference on a long haul flight to know the restrooms will be clean and fresh at all times. The service has always been nothing less than outstanding. Be...

Both legs of the journey were very comfortable. Both flights on time which is always a bonus.Food was good and vegetarian meals were served as requested.Blanket, pillow, tooth brushes, eye masks and ear plugs all available which are welcomed. In flight entertainment was good and drinks and snacks were available whenever you wanted.Could not fault the service and would fly with them again.
