Our flight from FLL to JFK, served by JetBlue, was canceled at the midnight and we couldn't make it for the connecting flight, EVA. We called and the staff was very helpful to rearrange our next flight. At the counter the second day, the staff made the boarding smoothly, even our flight was delayed again and we had a special...

I have travelled this route many times through work with different airlines. Eva to me offers good prices, with a modern roomy plane and quality food / in flight services. Other airline standards have slipped. But Eva always remain first class even in economy.

Eva Air is a pretty good quality airline. They have no shortage of staff. There's more attendants on the aircraft than I've ever seen in a flight. Some of them have a poor attitude however. The food was good quality and the entertainment center was high quality

I was very pleased with EVA Air for a very long flight with a long layover in Taipei. The seatback video screens were easy to use, and offered great variety. Although Taiwan is not noted for great Chinese cuisine, the food was good, with several choices. The Taipei airport offered helpful staff & comfortable wait even though it pretty much...

It was my first time to fly back home in 16+ years and also my first time to fly the Hello Kitty version of EVA Airways. I flew Economy but I can actually say that it was a good flight for me with no delays and the internet kept me occupied the entire 14 hrs of flight. I had even...

This was my first experience with EVA Air flying to Bangkok.Everything worked like clockwork,check-in, boarding, courteous flight attendants. Our seats were comfortable with footrests and extra width to the chairs. A blanket and small pillow together with a chilled bottle of water were already placed on our seats when we arrived. The food we were served allowed a choice of 2 different...

We fly Eva Air 2/3 times a year. Staff are very good and efficient. Cleanest toilets on a flight that we have ever used and we have flown many airlines. The food on Eva Air is ok, could be better. Will fly with this airline again.

This was my first experience flying EVA, I thought it was a bargain brand when I booked but EVA is truly a world class airline, in my eyes they measure up to Cathay Pacific. As a bonus my lowly gold status for United airlines was enough to get me into one of their lounges. The staff if absolutely courteous, the...

We had two flights with Eva Air. The first from Denpasar (Bali) to Taipeh was two hours late. They told us it was because the weather was bad in Taiwan. But I checked, it wasn't true. The second one from Taipeh to Vancouver was two and half hours late ! They told us it was because the first flight was...

We did use my Points on United to fly for free to Europé and did check in at BKK Airport and was very surprised to see that we were upgraded to businessclass in our very first flight ever on EVA Air. I do know Taiwan people for be very friendly and generous to us foreigners but this was more than...
