The seating in the aircraft gave more space than that of many larger airlines. There was hot food provided and good quality wine. The cabin staff were courteous and efficient.

The staff was very accommodating, but an old plane with too many seats. The drinks were water, coffee and tea - the food was a sandwich. The most basic there is

Flight to Tbilisi was actually quite good, on time and uneventful, BUT trying to contact customer services prior to flight, as I needed to change date of return flight - was impossible. If not for the local agent in Israel, and high determination on my part - it would have been impossible to complete this otherwise very simple procedure. No...

I got 50€ stolen from my check-in luggage when flying back to Europe. I tried many emails to reach Georgian Airway but they never responded to me. No excuse, no reimbursement, no email, nothing. AVOID THIS COMPANY. The long story: we had wines and to take with me 50€ that were in my check-in luggage. We asked to put "fragile"...

The plane was old by judging a few items: condensation water falling from roof, extremely cold air from exit door, front table not functioning. No flight entertainment despite the presence of screens on all seats. Certainly second hand aircraft. Then the "food" is best described as poor. Half processed smoked sausage with mash potatoes for breakfast. Hostess look miserable. Only...

Seats are comfortable and spacious with good food and wine, cabine crew are kind and quick serving, yet the airplane is noisy. Arriving in Georgia we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get our luggage back. After a week, in Tbilisi international airport they didn't let me in the prime class lounge saying that the flight is...

Firstly, it is important to note, that I booked flights to Kyiv on Georgian Airways to get full service, unlike what UIA offers. The website said, that I could select seats prior to departure, but in fact, I couldn't. Tried contacting the office, but NO ONE knew the answer on this rather simple question. Moving on, there was a minor...

I flew from London Gatwick to Tbilisi return. Both flights check in was really slow and unorganised. Boarding was quick. Both flights arrived 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. The cabin crew spoke good English. The plane on the way to Tbilisi was old and cramped, however the one of the way back was modern and spacious. The toilets were disgusting...
