From the ground crew to the flight crew everyone was very helpful, We had a continental breakfast on the way out and a snack similar to a hot pocket, Will use again.

The best airline I’ve ever flown on (have been on delta, America, Alaskan, southwest, KLM, Air France.....) We chose the upgraded seats and it was worth it! They have excellent service, good food, very nice plane.

Food: Terrible!! bland(we had to ask for shoyu packets, and were already used to low sodium diets) undercooked veggies(hard carrots, raw onions in dishes where they're usually very soft) imitation shrimp spread?! (Really?!) STALE buns, "bar type" (Costco) chip mix instead of Mac nuts per the menu, vegetarian meal(bow tie pasta, tomatoes, few slivers of shiitake) offered as a regular...

Flew SYD-HNL & return. Had economy comfort 1 way which was a little nicer. Service is adequate but not exceptional. Would fly again at these prices.

This flight is a 10 hour flight so a long one. We have always flown with Hawaiian Air and we have always felt safe and comfortable. On our last return flight home we were a little disappointed in the amount of food received and the flight attendants were not as friendly as the experience that we have always had. Overall...

Generally, I love the 767 (in this case, a 767-300ER) aircraft for the 2-3-2 seating arrangement. Unfortunately, that was one of the only positive things about this flight. This is an older aircraft, with very small overhead compartments) and no entertainment system to speak of - other that music. No seat back screens, no movies, no TV - nothing. There...

Our flight to HNL was on an A330 aircraft. Seat pitch was a bit tight but manageable if you got up and moved around occasionally. Entertainment options were the pits, though. A few channels of music - make sure to bring your own headset - and some "scenic" Hawaii videos. Everything else (movies, TV, etc.) was for purchase only -and...

Poor food quality and only one meal in 6 hours, poor entertainment and poor service for First Class. Not worth the extra money to fly First Class

We flew extra comfort over and back. Over was a nighttime flight so we received a blanket and pillow however the way back was 8am so we didn’t receive anything which I thought was harsh seeing as extra comfort is the same price over and back! Food isn’t the best and it cost 3.50 for a bottle of water. The...
