Despite apprehensions, i think it was a pretty decent flight experience..food served was as good as other airline's economy class food..had no problems..except a few hours delay on the return flight which was annoying... the ground staff was accommodative and gave us seats of our choice which was a pleasant experience...so no reason for any complaints..

Seat 6A. Seat was comfortable with adequate legroom. Snack was served...sandwich with chips and beverage...satisfactory. Cabin staff friendly and helpful. Sort flight...1 hour...and considering the routes Kam Air flies, they deliver a very good product and reliable service. (I have flown Kam Air several times before and they have provided very good service).

from the moment you check in, the staff are rude. the service members in the airline itself are rude, inexperienced, and have no patience to deal with people. on this route there is not many options to use other airlines this maybe a reason why no one even tries. the seats and tables are extremely dirty. there is hardly any...

Not a bad flight considering it's based in Afghanistan. Decent staff, good drinks, average food and comfortable.

Luckily staff at Dubai airport very helpful and managed to contact some staff at Kam Air in the middle of the night. Offered me paid admission to Mirahan Lounge in airport, and in the morning, I decided...

Kam Air is OK. You can't compare these small regional airlines with some of the global airlines. I guess it isn't fair to either but KAM Air service is OK, just OK. The food is OK, just OK as long as you're a toughened eater. Once again the flight suited my schedule. It wouldn't be by choice.

I have flown multiple times with Kam Air during my stay in Afghanistan. It is the only commercial airline that flies the Kabul-Bamiyan route as of now, and although they advertise a few flights per week, a few flights of the week I was supposed to return to Kabul were cancelled, possibly due to low customer numbers. This is a...
